Nyozora's Newspaper: 🗞️ Hachinohe Sake Brewery also has a Hakutsuru brand of newsprint sake, with Ryo Ku using Hana Soui🌾 and Hakutsuru using Hana Fuki🌾. The top aroma is fruity and sweet. In the mouth, it has a dark, mild acidity and a sweet umami flavor that is typical of low-temperature-aged nama sake. This newspaper sake is honestly not very Aomori-like, but I personally think it's as good as Isoboast 😉. It was delicious 🍶✨️

This is Hakutsuru's summer Junmai. Sake made with malic acid high-producing yeast🍶. The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of malic acidity. The acidity of the malic acid is not too assertive, like Fuji apples🍎. It was refreshing and delicious🍶✨️

Hachinohe Sake Brewery has two factories, one in Hachinohe and the other in Goto. Goto's Donburi, which goes on sale in summer, is made at the Goto factory, while Sanno's Donburi, which goes on sale in winter, is made at the Hachinohe factory. There is no factory in Sanno, by the way🙄. This will be the first summer Donbeli 🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of sourness from the rice. The mouthfeel has a milky rice sweetness with a hint of acidity. It is very milky because it is well strained. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Nyoku no shirouma🫏. Sake made with Hua Moui🌾🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice. In the mouth, it has the roughness of new sake. It has a hint of sweetness and sharp acidity. The spiciness is sharp and finishes off with a kick. It is a little dry and dry like Jyozora. Shirouma (a kind of white rice) is good!

Nyoku's #MUROKA Junmai Sake This one is also limited to Aomori. Sake made with Hanafuki🌾🍶. The aroma is sweet and reserved on the nose. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the soft umami of rice with a hint of sweetness. It is a dry sake with a nice sharpness typical of Aomori. Delicious ✨.

It seems to be a local sake only available in Ruyoku. Sou with Hana Sou🌾🍶. I got the bottom of the bottle which is light nigori 😊. The top aroma is a slightly gorgeous sweet aroma. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness that is typical of Hana Sou🌾, but it also has a slight dryness that asserts the dryness of Nyokura, and it finishes quickly. I wonder if Hachinohe Sake Brewery separates Hachitsuru as sweet and umami, and Jyozora as dry. I've had a variety of sake, but that's roughly how I feel about them 🤔. I'd like to try a freshly opened one someday. It was pretty good 🍶✨️
