When the bottle is opened, it has a gaseous feeling.
The aroma is of fresh fruits such as sweet muscat and green apple. The taste also has a chili gas and a refreshing juicy fruit acidity, but it also has a nice sharp aftertaste, just like an adult Mitsuya cider 🥤.

The third glass is Gagakuyo. Refreshing feeling from the slight bubbles. The sweetness that comes slowly. A sharpness like thunder. I have never had Garakudai before, but it is very good.
A clean and calm ginjo aroma. The aroma is subdued, but slightly reminiscent of white flowers and lychee.
In addition to the neat, lightness typical of Niigata, it has a gentle flavor and roundness typical of the Garakudai series.
The finish is clear and refreshing.
