It was a clear dry sake, but I personally prefer it a little darker 🤔.

2nd day after opening the bottle
I would like to correct yesterday's post 🙇.
I had it today on its own, almost no sweetness or acidity.
It was dry 🍶 with firm rice flavor and slight bitterness!
It was delicious and rich in umami 😅
Masayo for the second time: ‼️
I'm tempted to try it when it says "test brew" or something like that 😀.
Let's start with the aroma...,
It has a slight, light, sweet aroma of rice-derived 🌾. I'm sure it's not as sweet as the aroma.
Then, take a sip.
Sweeter than the last Masayo I drank: ‼️
It is as sweet as the aroma before drinking. Rather, it has a sweeter mouthfeel than the aroma. It has a slight juicy sweetness to it. It leaves a bitter taste on the tongue at the end, so it will be interesting to see if it will become stronger with the umami taste or if it will become more crisp 🍶.
Bottom line, it's delicious 🍶❗️🍶
Good morning, Mr. Yoshiyoshi 😃.
I haven't had the Masayo Masayo yet 🥲, but the Narukami Masayo you had before is more dry, so I guess it's sweeter than that 🤗Conclusion: delicious ‼️ I'll buy it now 😁.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby! Compared to the Masayo Narukami I remember, it had a pretty sweet taste and aroma 😋.
It seems to be Swiss drinkable for its 15% alcohol content: ❗️
Tonight, I'm pairing this with the Akinatai sashimi and grilled salmon 💁.
Garakudai Narugami Nigori Hi-iri 2023BY✨
It's a dry sake line from Masayo, my favorite brand 😊 I've had it a few times outside and it was delicious so I bought it for home 👛.
I started with the top clear sake. The standing aroma is mild and thin with a hint of melon.
The first mouthfeel is easy to drink with soft rice sweetness and acidity, but it gradually becomes dry and sharp with a strong impact and finishes with a crisp, sharp finish. It has outstanding potential as a food sake.
When mixed with muddy sake, it becomes quite cloudy. The quality of the sake itself does not change, but the lactic acidity increases a little and the dryness is softened.
Sometimes this type of dry sake is also intoxicating. You will not get tired of drinking it and the sake will go down smoothly 😋😋😋😋.
Sake Go Around

Another lot of sake that was not sold at the National Competition, I'm a Garakudai fan and happy just to be able to drink this one!
Hello, karisome-san.
Sake Go Around participation is quintessential ⤴️
I just found out about this event yesterday 😲.
I'm jealous of Rokka's not for sale 🎵.
.
Light and light taste due to low alcohol content.
It is not light and dry, but light and sweet (slightly sweet).
It is good to savor it slowly while being healed by the gentle sweetness, or to drink it smoothly from the light mouthfeel, both of which can be enjoyed well.
Good evening, N.E. 😃
This is one of Masayo's representative bottles! The expression "light sweet" is right on the mark 🎯...it will be gone before you know it 😙.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
This is the second bottle of Masayo I've encountered 😆.
The last one was dry and this one was really beautifully sweet and pleasantly sinking in 😋.
I guess this is the quintessence of Masayo-san⁉

An interesting brand with an interesting story of Sado and how a financier took over the management of the brewery and rebuilt it.
The impression is a little more subdued than what I have had before.
The label could be a little more informative.
