I'm posting a very timely drink tonight: ☺️
Garakudai x UA - Tokiwa 2024BY✨
I bought two bottles of Masayo's and UA's first collaboration sake, and my savings mind collapsed 😅.
The nose has a clear berry and herbal aroma. It tastes like rum and cider with a very slight effervescence in the mouth, very easy to drink, and it's the kind of thing that makes you drink more and more of it. It is also designed to be low in alcohol, but has a delicious aftertaste, accented with bitterness and spiciness that makes it a delicious sake 😋😋😋😋.
Masayo's clean, light, modern sake is a good sake that will soak into your body and soul 🍶.
Hello, Kirataso 😃.
Oh! I saw Masayo's UA collaboration ‼️ on SNS and was curious 😍I'm going for two and my wallet is collapsing 😆.
It's like THE MASAYO👍!
Gagakuyo UA collaboration!
Refreshing aroma like citrus fruits like ramune.
The attack is acidic with a fruity flavor that comes from the Garakudai, but also conveys the umami of the rice.
Although it is a low alcohol (12.5), it is a versatile sake!
2025.53rd.
This is the first sake of this season of Imadeya's hanpukai, GUITO!
Garakudai is still delicious.
I originally purchased two bottles and thought I would enjoy the change in flavor after six months.
It was a light and dry sake, but after half a year, I got the impression that the umami flavor became a little darker.
It is still dry, but it has a deeper flavor and a different impression.
I would have liked to compare the two sakes at the same time.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
Mild rice aroma.
Light on the palate, with a very slight gasiness.
Soft rice flavor, light fruitiness, and a sharp, crisp feel.
The lingering finish is short and pleasantly sharp.
I was mail-ordering, Gagakuyo. It's my first brand.
The alcohol content is low at 12.5 degrees.
It is fruity and light in the mouth. Is there a little acidity?
It is very easy to drink and will be gone soon.
Alcohol content: 14.5%.

At a sake meeting in Tokyo.
Sashu is a different name for Sado Island in the Edo period.
It is a valuable sake available only on Sado Island.
The aroma is subdued and not very perceptible.
It has a slightly carbonated gaseous sensation, which only makes the tip of the tongue chili. The taste is clear and dry with a predominance of acidity.
There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
The impression is that it is a light food sake.
