Dry Junmai Honorifuji
Junmai sake that is not only sharp and spicy, but also has a robust flavor and a sense of transparency
It goes well with pickled squid!
It's a little photoshopped👎, but it is Shizuoka's Shoyuki. It is a junmai ginjo made with Aizan, and has a sourness and pear-like aroma. The sweetness and sharpness are well balanced and refreshing down the throat. It can be served with sashimi, of course, but also with Western food. I think it goes especially well with gratin in a glass of wine. Delicious 😋.
It has a disturbing subtitle, but when you drink it, it is not tricky.
It has a slightly soupy taste, with a lingering umami aftertaste and a pleasant tanginess that lingers for a long time.
It is delicious on its own while savoring it, and it is also an excellent match with other dishes.
Shizuoka sake is not bland after all!
It has a mildly mellow and gradually delicious flavor, a model of Shizuoka sake.
I had never really thought about the "mildly delicious," but it may be because the acidity and bitterness, which at first glance do not make you aware of them, actually support the underlying flavor when you taste it carefully.
It's almost like the feeling you get when you eat a really good soaked dish.
It is an all-around mildly delicious sake, but if I were to pair it with sashimi, I would prefer it to be a little more tangy.
But of course, it is delicious.
Thanks to Headquarters.
Shizuoka Business Trip #3!
Today I had a glass of Shoyuki, which I bought at a liquor store in Fuji City 😀.
The aroma is fresh and berry-like 🥰 and it goes down very smoothly in the mouth with a beautiful umami and excellent sharpness 😋 The aftertaste is clean but with a hint of sweetness 😍.
The 4th one is a monument in a park on my neighborhood walking course😊Next time I want to try Sakuraebi and Shirasu 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩.
Good evening, Maechen.
I remember eating a local delicacy, Tsuke Neapolitan, in Fuji City when I traveled to Shizuoka about 10 years ago 😋.
If you are still in the area, please visit!
Good evening, bouken 🌃😀 I'm learning a lot about local delicacies 🤔.
I'm learning a lot about local gourmet dipping neapolitan🤔😊There is a spaghetti shop🍝 in my neighborhood called Yume no naka e 🍝 but they don't have dipping neapolitan, I'll look for it this weekend and try it 😚.
Good evening Maecin-san 🌇.
Sorry to sidetrack you... 🙇🏻 I'm a local...
The original Tsuke Napo is a Showa-style cafe called Adonis in the Yoshiwara shopping district. Please search the Yoshiwara Shopping Street Tsuke Napolitan Map: ❗️There are more than 10 cafes: ❗️
