Second bottle of Shizuoka, and since I was in the area, I bought a bottle of Shizuoka sake. I like Aizan, so I chose this one. It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but it also has a light bitterness at the end that is refreshing. It goes well with meals. I like it a lot, but it is not easy to buy.
Red-fleshed melon sweet aroma.
Soft and milky taste. Slightly banana-like.
Much more silky textured nigori than it appears.
The sweetness is unexpectedly smooth and fades quickly,
The sweetness goes down surprisingly quickly, and is tightened up by acidity and a light astringency.
Mascarpone and fruit salad go perfectly with this wine.

It has a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel and a ginjo aroma reminiscent of fruit.
The light nigori (light nigori) taste gives it depth of flavor. It is a sake suitable for a mealtime drink.
