It has been a long time since the last positive snowfall.
It is said to be made over the summer like hiyaoroshi.
It is bottled as it is.
It is bottled in a pastry cooler and quenched in the bottle column.
It is very calm.
But it has a sharp taste at first, and the rest is mellow.
It's been a while since I've had this,
I feel that it is different from the previous Shoyuki.
Quintessential Shoyuki
It is a summer-oriented ginjo, and a quick glance or a light sip will probably tell you that it is delicious and easy to drink, with an aroma of ginjo.
However, if you want to drink Shoyuki, you should drink it at room temperature.
It has a good balance of umami, sweetness, bitterness, and acidity.
As the weather cools down and it becomes easier to spend time with friends, you can enjoy your favorite brand of sake,
and sipping your favorite brand of sake. Luxury.
Shoyuki from Shizuoka, my hometown. It is one of my favorite local brands along with Isohajime.
It is made from Omachi, but has a gentle and soft sweetness and umami.
The refreshing aroma reminds me of fruits such as ripe melon, banana, and chervil. Elegant sweetness, mild acidity, and a hint of bitterness bring the whole thing together. The smooth mouthfeel promotes drinking, and the overall impression is one of calmness.
