My first time at this restaurant.
I had been thinking that it was time to drink "Takacho".
I saw this label on the front of the refrigerator and decided immediately.
It is richer than Kaze no Mori, but not too sweet.
I love it!

What in the world is this? I drank a mature sake for the first time, but the aroma was completely different from that of rice, with a strong grain aroma and a tingling sensation that clung painfully to my tongue. It seems to be a reproduction of the sake that was made once upon a time to exterminate Yamata-no-orochi, and it seems to be a cloudy sake with a very dry taste and high alcohol content, using cereals other than rice.

I had this sake at a restaurant that does not deal with yaki-gaki (grilled oysters), but it certainly went very well with oysters in general, not just yaki-gaki! It was a light, slightly sweet, refreshing white wine, but instead of an oaky smell, it had a slight aroma of freshly ripened pine muscat, making it even easier to drink than white wine!

This sake has a very sweet aroma among highly aromatic and fruity sake. Not only in the first nose, but also in the mouth, this aroma is persistent, even though it has a slightly almondy taste.

The golden label is reflected in the image and it is hard to take a good picture of it, but it was a strange sensation that I felt a slight fruity flavor on my taste buds rather than the aroma. It was a bit viscous, but surprisingly tightened up after going down the throat, which was another strange sensation. Oh, maybe I was just drunk...sorry.
