There were 5 members that day; 4 of them are former members of the same company, and the other one is the wife of one of them (first time 🎉).
It seems both husband and wife's parents are liquor stores 😆 (now out of business🥺)
We all ask for a lot of things.
I'll skip Ishizuchi and Houken since I've had the exact same sake in the past,
Next up was Shoyuki, a dry junmai ginjo, my first time drinking it!
It's a dry junmai ginjo with a slight sourness.
It's a beautiful sake that doesn't interfere with food.
