It's sweet at 40% alcohol by volume, but not too strong thanks to the sparkle 🫧.

A sake with a somewhat Western-style label.
There is a pineapple-type aroma only at first. It has a mild rice sweetness and a fluffy, grain-like throat, with a surprisingly rice-flavored taste. It is easy to drink as it is not that heavy.

As one would expect from a daiginjo, it has a pear-like fruity aroma, juicy and full of flavor, and a crisp, clear aftertaste 😋.

Perhaps it's the Hakka, but the complex flavors are muted and the taste is clean.
Almost no ginjo aroma.
I thought the combination of mellow and Hakka was unusual: ☺️
Very milky. It's very different from the aroma, and it has a milky sweetness in the mouth. I could drink it endlessly, but I wonder if it goes with chocolate. I don't think it's fish.
