My souvenir 2 from my business trip to Fukuoka.
This one, which you don't see in Shikoku very often.
I can only look forward to it.
I had an image of it being fruity, but it is not that floral, but rather a balanced type.
Not only sweetness, but also sourness and bitterness can be felt, and it has a nice sharpness. You can drink it all the time.
TENBU" is a sake named after the pursuit of deliciousness.
We have been making sake in pursuit of deliciousness by facing the climate of Kagoshima and putting our heart and soul into it.
Our goal is to create a sake that is perfect for eating.
The sake is a soft-tasting food sake that fully brings out the flavor of the rice while expressing a harmonious and seamless finish with "sweetness, spiciness, acidity, bitterness, and astringency" all working in unison.
The deep aromatic quality gives a floral impression of peony, with subtle hints of cotton candy and banana wafting through the air with a sense of unity.
The gentle sweetness, modest acidity, and the dense grip of nourishment, each in perfect equilibrium, give a beautiful sheen to the palate and lead to a refined clarity on the finish.
Good evening, first series here 💁.
Tenpyo Junmai Daiginjo Tojo Yamadanishiki 2024BY✨
This is a sake brewed by Nishi Shuzo, famous for their Imo Shochu, Hozan 🍶 This is the first sake from Kagoshima 🙌
This is the high-end line of Tojo Yamadanishiki, but how is it? So let's open the bottle right away: ☺️
The aroma is a melon aroma from the melon with the elegant and gorgeous aroma of Yamadanishiki. The taste is smooth and slightly viscous on the tongue, and the mellow sweetness and umami of the rice flows through the nostrils and down the back of the throat, leaving a dry aftertaste at the end. It is an orthodox sake, but very delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

Manta's Favorite Sake Championship Tournament.
The purchase to Yokozeki-san was made on
It was on the 20th, the day before the semi-finals,
I had prepared 4 bottles 😁.
This is not the main tournament,
Here is the 3rd place game: ✌️
Kamimura Gakuen (Kagoshima), Tenpyo
VS.
Aomori Yamada(Aomori), Tasake
Maybe because it was after drinking Tasake
I felt the strong flavor assertion,
I like the sweet and juicy taste.
But it's not only sweet
But it's not only sweet and juicy, it's also refreshing and delicious ✨.
3rd day after opening the bottle
The change of taste from pleasantly juicy
The change in flavor from pleasant juiciness to refreshing acidity is
Great 👍
Manta's favorite sake championship
The 3rd place goes to this Tenpyo 😊.
Here is kino.'s recommendation.
A gem of Negimiso.
First of all, it has a nice aroma👍.
As a garlic lover myself, I have to say.
It is good after the garlic is added,
even before putting it in, it is very tasty✨.
Good evening, Manta-san!
I see you found a gem of Negimiso (green onion paste) 😆.
It's a bit expensive, but it's delicious👍
I think it has a nice punch of garlic 🧄.
Hi Manta 🐦.
The 3rd place game 😳‼️ and you bought it before the semi-finals 😆 I'm surprised you came up with the idea 🤣.
I thought it would be difficult to determine the type of matchup between the two delicious drinks, but it was decided 😊.
Hello kino.san ^_^
I found this gem of Negimiso (green onion paste) at Donki: ✌️
It's a little expensive, but if it tastes this good👍.
It tastes great without the garlic, and even better with it ✨.
Hello Pon-chan ^_^
I wanted to have only 2 bottles for the finals, but there was a sake that only Yokozeki-san could buy, so I ended up with 4 bottles 😁.
The tasake was good too, but ...
7/10
Don't mind the disturbing object in the background.
This is a junmai ginjo sake from Tenpyo. I think it is Yamadanishiki.
This junmai ginjo spec is consistently delicious.
It is fruity and juicy, with a milkiness to it.
I think it is an excellent sake that can be enjoyed as a food sake in a wide range of dishes.
Hi, Minami-Jujiteru 🐦.
I went back and I wouldn't have known if you hadn't told me 😆 This is such a great selection of sake in a restaurant of this taste and a godsend😳Maybe the owner is a sake lover 😊.
Ponchyan, sorry for the super late reply 🥺The owner is a sake lover and we go to the same liquor store: ☺️ and the prices are even for rare sake, so I wonder if it's ok 😅.
Junmai Ginjo-shu was selected as "the perfect sake for a meal. @Comparison of 3 dry sake
I could feel the sweetness of the sake and was deeply impressed by the rich individuality of the dry sake 😋.
It goes well with beef tendon. I may have understood why it is a good sake for a meal!
