I had no hesitation in purchasing this sake, which is brewed by Nishi Shuzo, famous for its sweet potato shochu Tominohouzan.
It is very easy to drink, with a light acidity followed by a sweet fruit juice-like flavor. It has a strong shochu image, so I expected it to be spicy, but was pleasantly surprised. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is so fruity and sweet that you would not know it was a daiginjo. It is a junmai ginjo, but it is so fruity and sweet that you cannot tell it is a daiginjo.

I've had junmai ginjo before, but this is my first time drinking seasonal Akaban Omachi.
They say there are fewer bottles this year than usual.
Cold sake
Juicy aroma of white peaches!
It has a good range of umami from Omachi and a freshness from the unpasteurized sake.
It is not very lively and has a rather reserved and gentle umami impression.
There is a clean aftertaste.
