I had no hesitation in purchasing this sake, which is brewed by Nishi Shuzo, famous for its sweet potato shochu Tominohouzan.

I've had junmai ginjo before, but this is my first time drinking seasonal Akaban Omachi.
They say there are fewer bottles this year than usual.
