My husband is the type of person who likes to drink his favorite brand of sake, and he doesn't try new sake very often, but I always say I want to try sake from a place I've never had before, so he decided to buy me some new sake 😁! He said he wanted to buy a new sake because I always want to try a sake from a place I've never had before 😁.
It's easy to drink with a clean aftertaste and doesn't have a strong alcohol taste, so it goes down smoothly.
It's sweet? I don't know. LOL!
My impression that it doesn't improve very much 😂.

Yesterday, I went to Summerland for the second time this summer: ☀️
I've been playing around all morning again, so I went the full day sleep route without posting, but I also enjoyed my customary sake time last night!
We opened the bottle with "Tenpyo"!
Maybe it's because it's been so long since the bottle was opened, but it's more rounded than usual, with melon and banana-like sweetness and a beautiful sense of unity.
It has a clear aftertaste, which is a good taste for the opening ✨.
