The floral ginjo aroma, the juiciness of pawpaw and makwaw melon, and the supporting spiciness are wonderfully balanced. Yellow curtain on the glass wall. As the temperature settles down a bit, a chestnut-like thickness develops. The pull of the finish is also beautiful. This is a delicious one 💓
Kagoshima has good shochu, but we should reprezent more to have such a delicious one!
The rest are Miyazaki, Oita, Okinawa and Kumamoto! Anything is not good, good taste is good!

They say that the level of finished sake is high in Kyushu because of the land's difficulty in producing rice!
Sweetness, spiciness, acidity, bitterness, and astringency can be felt throughout. Personally, the acidity may be more assertive.
The taste is neither rich nor light, but somewhere in between.
The aftertaste is there.
The overall flavor is clean and clearly defined. The umami and sweetness come through clearly, but it is not heavy or cloying.
The Nichinichi, which I drank earlier, is more mellow and the Tenpyo from Nichinichi is more transparent. The characteristics of each are easy to understand.
You can't tell these things when drinking at home.
Bear has a great value for money, being a junmai sake despite being 60% polished rice.
Unlike the heavy label, it is fruity, easy to drink, and delicious sake bear ^_^.
What surprised me was "Tenshi".
It's from Kagoshima Prefecture!
