Smells of powdered milk, flowers. Slightly effervescent. The junmai I drank before was so good that it was a repeat purchase, and it lived up to my expectations. It is well-balanced and when you notice it, you can drink it all at once with a slurp. It has a floral, not too sweet, pungent, well-balanced flavor, and a satisfying umami and a sourness that is very satisfying. The 4th day. It has lost some of its flavor and can be drunk without hesitation.

Slightly gassy Almost no aroma. Mouthfeel is a little white grape fruity, citrus sweetness and acidity The acidity is strong. The acidity seems to be going away, but then comes the mushroom aroma, the rice flavor, and a little astringency. There is a slight alcohol taste. The taste is full of variety.

No photo, at a food stall village when I returned home. Junmai or Jungin I had the impression that most of the izakayas in Kagoshima did not have sake, or if they did, it was not good! I had no idea that such a modern, mellow, sweet and delicious sake had been born. ...... I was convinced after checking it out. Nishi Shuzo can do this job, can't they?

first coming-of-age ceremony for middle school students I had decided to buy this sake when Omachi was released. The sweetness and clarity of this sake is very impressive!
