Of all the alcoholic beverages I have had recently
Zenkichi is one of the most popular sakes I have had recently.
The balance is excellent, and the taste is sweet and refreshing, which I like.
It is sweet and refreshing.
It was a bonanza.
Kiso sake fits my blood.
I thought it might be a light type because of its slightly lower alcohol content, but it looked good so I bought it.
50-50-90%...is the rice polishing ratio 59%?
The label on the back says 55%...I'm not sure. I'm an amateur, so I guess I'll have to compare them at the same time to see the difference.
Rice grown by the president of the company
I don't care about such a tasty title (I don't care, I bought it because of it (lol)), but the sake, which seems to be full of love, was still very tasty.
The low alcohol content did not bother me at all.
It is delicious.
Sake best after opening the bottle.
Best served cold or chilled

We were attracted by the pop-up saying "Shimizuya, the president of Shimizuya, recently drank the No.1 wine" and took it with us.
It has a deep flavor that is hard to believe it is 13%, and the moderate acidity is perfect for the hot summer.
My friends gave it high marks. It is fun to encounter such a delicious sake.

Sake I brought (2)
Sake I bought at a liquor store on the way to Wakata-san's house.
Low alcohol Zenkichi.
It's refreshing and not like the usual Zenkichi.
I haven't drank that many 😅
Sweet and sour
It's also good for a quick drink, but I think I prefer the usual Zenkichi which has a strong umami 🤔.
Nagano Sake Festival (7)
Today's sake is the April hanpukai sake, Zenkichi-san 😇
I hear it is distributed locally under the brand name Nakanori-san 😀.
The moment you open the bottle, a delicious fruity aroma spreads 😀.
The delicious sweet and tasty flavor spread in the mouth along with the aroma, and it was the perfect sake for our family who loves sweet and tasty fruity sake😇.
Zenkichi is available at the liquor store I often go to, but I never had a chance to try it, so I would definitely like to try their regular sake next time 😇.
My family gave it a score of 14 out of 15, which is almost as high as Mannen's 😇.
Good evening, Yasbaye 🌛Zenkichi, I never picked it up after looking at it sideways 😅It's sweet delicious fruity ✨I'll have to take the opportunity to bring it to you 🤤.
Good evening, Yasbay!
That's the hanpukai! I've never seen this label before 😊I haven't had Zenkichi-san or Nakanori-san for a long time 😅I was at Kadoya-san the other day and I passed on the sake that is only available here 💦.
Good evening, Pon 😀
This hanpukai is not a commercial sake, so the labels are different and fresh😇.
Kadoya-san has many other attractive sakes, so I can't expand my scope to Zenkichi-san 🤣.
I decided to try a dry sake and the master recommended this one 🍶.
The palate is calm and not sweet, with a slight pineapple fruity aroma 🍍 Overall, I thought it was refreshing, dry but not too alcoholic, and a bit of a food drink that you can easily enjoy 👀.
I still don't prefer dry sake, but it was one that made me think that dry sake is not so bad. ☺️
Hi Jay & Nobby 🌞.
I haven't had the courage to buy a dry four-pack yet, but I'll get used to it by drinking outside 🤔.
I have finally entered the world of dry sake!
It's good that you don't get tired of drinking unlike sweet sake: ☺️
Kiso Fukushima Sake
I remember tasting and buying another brand "Nakanori-san" last summer during a brewery tour and it was very tasty☺.
This time we had "Zenkichi".
Junmai Ginjo made with Nagano D yeast and Yamae Nishiki rice.
The aroma is apple-like with a hint of acidity 🍎.
The fruity, sweet and sour taste spreads from the calm mouthfeel!
The second half of the bottle is sharp and crisp, with the umami of the rice quickly disappearing.
The more it is kept at room temperature, the more slowly the umami and bitterness can be felt and the more satisfying it is!
