Miyamanishiki✨ from Zenkichi in Nagano Prefecture.
I've had this a few times before, so I thought I'd take a look back at some of my past posts.
I've had it a few times, so I looked back at the past posts and it was the first time I had it.
Miyamanishiki was the first time I drank it.
It has a strong sweetness, but also has a tartness that is refreshing!
Sourness turns to sweetness and fruity.
The alcohol content is low, but it has a strong flavor. It is getting cooler these days. I toasted while remembering this year's summer, which was a series of extremely hot summers!
This is the first junmai ginjo with a 13° alcohol content at Zenkichi 🤗.
The ginjo aroma, derived from Nagano D yeast, is soft and melon-like, without being too flashy, and has a pleasantly sweet, milky feeling.
The lightness of the aroma and the lightness of the throat makes the cup go down smoothly 😉.
★★★☆☆☆ / Cold sake
It has a calm and clean aroma, a crisp gassy feeling, a hint of sweetness, and the umami of rice that spreads. It is a well-balanced sake with pleasant acidity.
Slightly sweet with a slight effervescence.
Fruity with a hint of bitterness.
It is very tasty, though I have never had it before.
Purchased at Nagano station.
Zenkichi 13thirteen.
It has a gorgeous aroma, acidity, and a refreshing
It is easy to drink and tastes good with low alcohol.
It is easy to drink and tastes good with low alcohol content,
but it was a little too light and I felt it was not enough.
On this day, I tried to select as many brands as possible that I had never tried before!
Zenkichi is also a Nagano sake that we are interested in at Sake-no-wa, but we have not had a chance to meet it until now!
Then I must try it!
There was a drop of water on the film wrapped around the label!
It was a low-alcohol sake!
Like the Changyang Fukumusume I mentioned earlier, it was 13 degrees Celsius.
It was a crisp sake with a little less sweetness!

Zenkichi Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Polished 55%.
Comparison of the same specs. It is a little gassy, with a hint of sweetness. 15% but refreshing.
Fuetsu Seiarashi Junmai Ginjo, in-house cultivated rice Yamae Nishiki, Polished 55%.
Comparison of the same specs. It has a light acidity and a slight sweetness.
I wonder if Zenkichi has a lot of light and refreshing sake. I would like to try Nakanori next time.
Zenkichi-san has been dormant in the refrigerator for a while. Clean and crisp, soft sweetness and acidity. White grape aroma. Easy to match with various meals.
