Here is the second cup of Kosuke.
It's full of acidity and umami 😆 It's good without being cloying. Dry but gentle. The acidity is the key to the flavor. It accepts the raw fried octopus (🐙).
The touch panel says Junmai Ginjo Nama Nama Sake but from the bottle I'm guessing it's Junmai Nama Sake 🤔.
