Fairly good acidity. It has a firm acidity, yet it is gentle. You can taste the sweetness of the rice, and combined with this gentle acidity, it is a taste I have not had very often. Delicious, highly recommended.
Just one more drink. I remembered Wada Ryu, which I had met the president of this restaurant before, and ordered it by itself. This one starts out sweet and is perfect to drink. Fresh, fruity, and delicious. I felt refreshed for tomorrow.
I went to the warehouse and bought some. It was out of stock, but they said it was just ready. He explained to us in detail. As I had heard in the explanation, it has a refreshing acidity that I am particular about. The acidity allows it to be served with a wide variety of dishes. Delicious, highly recommended.

I chose this item from a friendly lady who explained the products to me in detail.
The stereotype that Nagano sake is Hitogokochi came out.
The label on the back said it was manufactured by Nagano Meisho.
If I had noticed it at the brewery, I could have said, "I just went there.
It does not have much of an aroma, but has a persimmon-like sweetness and astringency, and ends with a spiciness.
It tastes easy to drink.

Low acidity, but with a lot of fruit^ ^ I thought it was persimmon, but I think it might be fig. ☺️ strawberry nuances too 🍓.
It has quite a lot of body, but for some reason it doesn't linger. I just drink this alone with a glass of wine.
Visited for a preview of a party to be held here next week. We compared three kinds of sake, two of which were recommended by the restaurant. This is one of them. It is a sake from Shinshu, and this is the first time I have had it. The mouthfeel is gentle and the acidity gradually tightens. It has a nice aroma and is delicious. Here is a surprise. The president of this brewery was drinking next to me. The proprietress introduced us. She was on her way back to Shinshu, so I just said hello to her. She is a very down-to-earth and friendly person, and I was deeply moved to learn that this was her work.
