With the heat remaining the same, hiya-otoshi (cold sake) is starting to appear on the market, so we decided to open a bottle of this one 🍶.
The aroma is fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a good amount of gas and a moderate umami, followed by a firm acidity, and the crispness that is typical of Yamadanishiki is perfect for summer 🌻.
The wife says it tastes just like the label says.
Personally, I like the taste, but she is not so sure.
This Hiyayogoshi is also a case for consideration lol
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ⭐️
The label is always nice on this brand ✨.
I've heard that according to the label, the wife says it has a young or green leafy nuance 🌳.
It does have a fresh feel to it: ⭕️
