Tasty and clean!
It is refreshing, but has a good depth and is too delicious!
I can't believe this sake was ranked 16th in the prefecture!
I like it so much I want to buy it!

At Gisuke the 10th in Kinshachi Yokocho, Nagoya Castle
I heard that this is a place where you can compare sake at a reasonable price, and where women can easily go.
Ordered 3 kinds of sake (Taka ¥560) and some snacks.
The third sake of the three-sake comparison
Yamazaki sake Yumeginko DREAM on the right side of the photo
I chose this sake because I was interested in the original sake, Yume-Ginko!
It is fruity with the sweetness of rice.
The sweetness is refreshing and doesn't leave any aftertaste!
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it has a pungent taste like brewer's alcohol in the throat, but not so much bitterness.
The overall taste is refreshing and clean.
The aroma is fresh and fruity.
Sweet enough for people who like dry sake
Spicy for those who like very sweet
It is good for beginners who want to learn to like dry wine.
Suitable as an aperitif with Western food and desserts.
My favorite of the three.
Yume-Ginko DREAM is a new sake that was launched in 2015.

Hi takeshon 🌞.
I actually lived in Aichi for a year until last month!
I wanted to visit Yoshidaya once but it didn't happen 😭.
I used to buy sake at Okadaya near Nagoya station ☺️.
Yume-Ginko, Aichi Prefecture's Sake Rice, and the Locally Loved Asagimadara
DREAM, carrying the brewer's dream
Brilliant, mellow aroma and taste
Elegant, not overbearing sweetness
Rich, yet easy to drink.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still good!
At Kinase, a standing bar
I heard there is an off-line meeting of Sake-no-wa today.
I will support them behind the scenes to attend the real drinking party.
A test brew from Yamazaki Brewery. It was served to me when I attended a brewer's meeting at Yamazaki Gosei Kaisha. It has a dry taste with a hint of sweetness. It has a nice sharpness, but it is not sharp like water, and a slight dryness appears as an aftertaste and disappears quickly. The brewer said it would never be available again, so it was a very precious experience. It was so good that I wish they would sell it as a regular product.
It was crowdfunded as a test brew to make it even juicier and more flavorful than the standard Yume-Ginko Dream. The sake from this uncompromising brewery is delicious. It was juicy and easy to drink.
