I went to the Sonoh Kuramoto New Year Sake Festival. We enjoyed many tastings including a light nigori of Yume-Ginko DREAM. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and chirichiri-ness that is typical of Yume-Ginko.

Purchased at the Inoue store as the summer clouds appeared. BBQ while watching the regional high school baseball tournament (my daughter's high school lost...) on my phone. served with seared fish. Easy to drink. A little piri.
The evening breeze was pleasant, and it went down a kuikui.
It has a crisp throat, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and a refreshing yet strong aftertaste. The thin, muddy feel of the sake enhances the enjoyment of kurabiraki.

I've been drinking, but I stopped keeping track of it, so I've been neglecting my posts.
This is my first time drinking Yamazaki brew, and it is very easy to drink. It has just the right amount of sweetness with a nice shwashiness. I would finish it in no time. This is my usual problem when I encounter a good sake.
It's almost time for cherry blossom viewing. It's fun to drink together.
