I have not been able to upload this article due to a number of things going on. Today is Yume-Ginko DREAM from Yamazaki brewery. The label features the Asagimadara, a butterfly known to cross the sea, and the concept is to cross the sea with sake brewed with rice and water from Aichi Prefecture. 🦋
It is not flashy but has a discreet ginjo aroma, fruity.
There is plenty of umami. It is a daiginjo, but it is also reasonably priced. It's a good choice.
It is called Yamazakakakamoshi.
It has a robust rice flavor, and even if it is called Yamahai, it does not feel strange. It has a fruity, sweet and sour taste with a little depth.
It was served at room temperature, but it is best served warmed.
Raku no se, Kuheiji, Nisato, Yamazaki. Sake from Aichi is very interesting.

Last month, on my way home from work
I stopped by the "Japanese Sake Breweries Exhibition 2023" at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a few sakes from various breweries in a tiny tasting cup 😋.
I didn't make any notes, so my impression of the taste was normal, unimpressive or unmemorable 😅🙏🙏.
I went there with a empty stomach, so I was drunk by the end 🥴.
After the tasting, I had a place to stop,
I didn't buy anything that day,
I will buy the sake that I tasted this time at the nearest liquor store later.

Weekend treat. When I got home from work, my son said, "I got you some booze!" That's great!" He said. He bought it with his mom.
It is lightly cloudy and beautifully bottled. Very gentle on the palate. Slightly carbonated. I think it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. It was a stylish looking and tasting product.
