8/10
Sake from Aichi since we are in Nagoya.
It is made with Yumesansui.
It was cloudy and tangy, with a surprisingly dry taste.
I was quite surprised by the hard drinking taste, but it was delicious.
The bitterness and lingering aftertaste in the second half were also nice.
I went to the Sonoh Kuramoto New Year Sake Festival. We enjoyed many tastings including a light nigori of Yume-Ginko DREAM. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and chirichiri-ness that is typical of Yume-Ginko.
Japan Sake Brewery Exhibition 2024" in Aichi
I stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.
