It is called Yamazakakakamoshi.
It has a robust rice flavor, and even if it is called Yamahai, it does not feel strange. It has a fruity, sweet and sour taste with a little depth.
It was served at room temperature, but it is best served warmed.
Raku no se, Kuheiji, Nisato, Yamazaki. Sake from Aichi is very interesting.
