Another Kumamoto sake is this one, Nana Junmai-shu.
It seems to be a sub-brand of Zuitaka.
This is another dry sake in the same genre as the previous Cicada, but a little heavier!
Let's finish Kumamoto sake at this point!
We have a lot of interesting sake to try!

It starts out sweet and umami, but soon the sour and spicy flavors spread to the palate. It is a delicious sake, but the alcohol content is 19%, so it has a heavy taste.
A cup of Kumamon-mi overflowing sake that I bought on a business trip to Kumamoto at the end of the year!
It has a strong, dark flavor. You can also taste the spiciness.
It was delicious!
I went to Kumamoto Prefecture on business and purchased some sake at a sake brewery's direct sales office.
I was very impressed with the courteous staff and returned home ho-hum with anticipation of the sake I purchased.
The taste was firm and impressive, and I felt it would be a good match for a food sake.
It was delicious~!
