Today I had Zuitaka's tank-bound sake served cold. It is really delicious! It is indeed a 38.
The aroma is rich, mellow, and fruity, just the way I like it. It is also very dry, and has been making me so happy since the New Year. I would definitely like to repeat this experience.
Chilled Sake→Cold.
The mellow and calm aroma spreads softly in the mouth.
The spiciness lingers on the palate.
It has sweetness, umami, and elegance.
A good sake.

A souvenir from a trip to Kumamoto. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this Kumamoto Castle etiquettes will be used for reconstruction efforts.
From the etiquettes
Kumamoto Castle is a pure rice sake brewed in Kumamoto's rich natural environment, using all Kumamoto rice Hana-Nishiki, limpid underground water from the Aso mountains, and Kumamoto yeast. It can be enjoyed cold or warmed up.
It has a slight mass at room temperature and becomes milder when heated. It has a beautiful lingering aftertaste after passing down the throat, and we enjoyed it with stewed morotsu.
No wonder it won the gold medal at the National Heated Sake Contest, it is a perfect product for this time of year.
