I thought it was sweet and floral, but the aftertaste was a bit heavy and delicious! Easy to drink. I heard it has a buttery aroma if you let it sit for a while.
The first sake I ever drank was a three-star sake from Shibarihizuru, so that has become my standard for sake. In that sense, this sake is very close to the standard, watery and easy to drink. I think Niigata has a strong individuality because I can feel that way even when the sake is unpasteurized.

I tasted this when the brewery was in the basement of the Takashimaya Department Store in Futagotama, and I liked it because it was the best plum wine I've ever had 😍.
It's served on the rocks 🧊 with a sweet sensation😋 with 11% alcohol content.
The sake brewing is more rounded than shochu plum wine, combined with the sweet and sour taste of the plums, squeaky! Great after a bath!
I drank it in gulps as if it were juice 😛 It sinks into all your internal organs 🤪.

Mellow, very much like it's made from pure water! It was a delicious sake with a fluffy aroma.
We also had Manotsuru and Tsururei, both of which were superb.

I was back to normal fever in a day and immediately disinfected with alcohol.
Before the main course of wine we received, we toasted with a cup of sake we bought at Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA, which was Christmasy even if it was just to get us in the mood.
It was served cold.
The top aroma is mild and not too much.
It is a normal sake, but it flows smoothly on the palate without tingling.
On the palate, a mild sweetness spreads on the tongue, and after swallowing, a citrusy aroma is felt, along with umami and a slight sake-like flavor.
The aftertaste is slightly bitter and spicy, followed by a mild umami lingering in the mouth.
The quality of this sake, which does not seem to be a regular sake, is still amazing 😋.
