Pairing Sake at Waseda Ramen Restaurant's Special Openings 2017 vintage 🍶. It was very tasty, with a mild mouthfeel that fit easily on the tongue, neither too heavy nor too light, with a fresh aroma of maturity and woody nuances on the nose 😭.... Very interesting and complex flavor! I haven't had much experience with vintage sake, but it was a great experience!

I bought it because it caught my eye at Yoshiike in Ueno. The flavor was quite surprisingly unique. It had a rich, thick mouthfeel and sweetness like drinking yogurt, but with a fresh aroma and a slight bitterness. If I find it again next year or so, I'd like to repeat the experience.

A drink at Aji no Fue, a standing bar affiliated with Kichiike, Ueno. It is a dry sake with a light and soft rice flavor that permeates the tongue. When I asked to take a picture of the menu hanging on the counter, they kindly offered me a bottle. I was glad to hear that they kindly offered me a bottle.

The rice flavor that can be felt at the beginning is rich and robust, and the aftertaste is clean, crisp, and habitually dry. I liked it a lot because it was like a fresh rice juice. When I went back to my parents' house, my mother had prepared it for me as a souvenir of my trip to Chigasaki.

Fruity pineapple-like aroma, a combination of sweetness, tanginess, and sourness, and a deep taste. The palate is spicy at first, but as time goes by, the mellowness of the flavor becomes more pronounced.
