When I went to Yahiko, I happened to see a tasting event and bought it on the spot because it was delicious.
It was soft and mellow.
I was also told at the time of purchase that it was unfiltered.
It is indeed quite refreshing and crisp for a regular sake.
On the Shinkansen from Niigata
This is a Junmai-shu version of "Kyoku".
It is a beautiful dry junmai sake with a nice sharp taste.
My partner who likes dry sake seemed to like it.

Yahiko Pole One-cup
I got it as a souvenir ❄✨.
The cup is so cute ❄✨
I love the snow pattern ❄💕
It's almost winter ❄ and the mountains are changing color,
The color of the mountains will change from the red of the autumn leaves to the white of the snow.
I drank it chilled and it's very easy to drink✨.
I know, there are some cases where alky alcohol makes it easier to drink.
But it's 16%, so you have to be careful💦.
After drinking half of it, I microwaved it 🍶´-
Ahhhhh ( ◜◝) I prefer it heated 🍶✨.
