A souvenir from my wife's trip to Kansai. It has been a long time since I have had Kyoto sake, and this is my first aluminum cup sake. It was purchased at a store at Kansai International Airport.
The color is light amber and the aroma is subdued. It has a light amber color and a subdued aroma, with little sweetness and acidity, and has an "alcohol" taste like a traditional junmai sake. Dry? It may be good for a mid-meal drink.
