Hops, tangerine and mint 🍊🌿.
First of all, it seems to be a secondary fermentation in the bottle, so we had to struggle for about 5 minutes to open the bottle. (I'm using LIBROM bottles, so the neck of the bottle is short so it's easy to blow out 😅)
I only drank a small amount of the Young Dawn, so I'll have to reiterate that it has an orange-tinged color and light cloudy foam 🫧 The aroma and taste are just as the title says.
In a word, it's an adult Fanta Orange 🍊🤩.
It's really just a carbonated juice 🍹, but the minty freshness and hop bitterness are irresistible 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

A good match for sweet-and-sour pork.
This is the 6th anniversary of a western style izakaya that does not serve sake.
I thought what better way to celebrate than with a gift of craft saké (Mint and Kiwi).
The Mint was opened and used as a toast.
It is nigori (cloudy), highly carbonated, and full of juice. I don't think the minty taste is strong.
It would be too thin if it was mixed with soda. Zucchini fritters with Parmigiano.
This will be my first LIBROM from Kraft Sake, which I was curious about after hearing that they are concerned with Fukuoka ingredients 🍶.
They use strawberries🍓 from Chikugo City.
The top aroma is of malted rice and a mysterious sweet aroma.
But I don't think it smells like strawberries.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a slightly carbonated and sharp taste.
It has a sweet and sour taste with a strong acidity.
Maybe it's because it doesn't smell like strawberries, but it doesn't taste like strawberries 😅It's fun to drink something like this once in a while.

We took a bus to Kintetsu Nara Station, and Umaisan, Lutemi and I took the Kintetsu train to Kyoto.

It is not strictly speaking sake, but I bought it because there is now a store in Kumamoto that carries it.
The first was Verbena, which was described as the flagship of LIBROM.
It has a nice herbal aroma and a taste like a sake cocktail.
It is light on the palate and at only 9% alcohol, it is easy to drink.
It has a graininess in the latter half, but the herbal aroma refreshes the palate.
My oldest son loved it and drank more than half by himself 😁.

Sourness and sweetness from around the first taste, just like a passion fruit.

Although not classified as sake, it is a craft saké, so I listed it as such. It has a subtle floral aroma and a mild sweetness with just the right amount of acidity to make it an easy-drinking sake.
