-Thank you.
Long time no see "Jyushiyo".
At "Uonto" in Takatsu.
(They have "Jyushiyo" there! I was overjoyed.)
(I was so happy that they have "Jyushiyo"!) The restaurant has the dignity of a champion, or rather, the difference in quality, and the time is superb.
It is a superb experience.
I want to drink it again.
We had a bottle of Jyushidai Nakadori Chogoku.
On a Sunday, we toasted with a good sake.
I thought the name "beyond the highest level" was a very exaggerated name for a sake, but when I drank it, I realized that it was indeed a Cho-Kyoku.
Rather than an instantaneous deliciousness, it has a flavor that gradually permeates the body, which is typical of Jyushiyo.
There is no hint of alcohol, spiciness, bitterness, or any other negative elements that could be perceived as negative, and it goes down the throat smoothly and peacefully.
Even a slight lick is enough to fill the mouth with happiness, and one can immerse oneself in a long, luscious aftertaste.
It makes you think that the legendary nectar may be this kind of liquid. Perhaps it even surpasses such a liquid.
It was an overwhelmingly beautiful sake that lived up to its name of "superlative.
Jyushidai Nakadori Kamimoroshiro, Banshu Yamadanishiki.
I will drink a bottle of the best Jyushidai as a reward to myself for having passed a big hurdle in my work!
The aroma of muscat and white peach rises from the glass, and even after about a year of aging, it still has a fresh, chili-like flavor. The palate is filled with a refined sweetness like that of fine Wasanbon, which is clear and transparent without any cloying taste, and while it has a concentrated, thick flavor, it is surprisingly crisp and clean with elegant acidity.
After about a week of drinking, the impression of elegant sweetness became even more pronounced, and the contrast with the acidity became more vivid.
I was healed by this sense of completed balance and supreme taste!
Hello, YSTJ!
Good job on crossing the big mountain of work🍀.
I'm sure the reward sake must have been sinking in your sense of accomplishment and relief 😋.
Kuu~ Jyushiyo-san looks really delicious 🤤.
Blissful drinking time is healing, isn't it?
All-you-can-drink at the manager's discretion
The last five, please, Jyushiyo Honmaru
I got this one by mouth too 🥹.
55% polished domestic rice, 15% alcohol by volume
It's been a while since I've had Honmaru.
It's not as flamboyant as the Jyushiyo, but it's more refreshing than I expected.
More refreshing than I expected 👀.
Good balance of sweetness and sourness
It's easy to drink.
But for a Jyushidai
It doesn't have an overwhelming punch...
Hmmm...
I think the sweetness would be better after a little while
the sweetness will be more intense...
However, we enjoyed the all-you-can-drink menu again!
We enjoyed a splendid lineup 😆.
