Jyushidai Nakadori Akaban Omachi Kamimoroshiro (Junmai Daiginjo)
The waiter secretly whispered to me, "We have a 'Jyushidai' today," and I ordered it without hesitation.
I was glad I did. It has a clear, clean and elegant aroma. Omachi has a powerful image, but I have a feeling that it requires a great deal of skill to make it this clear.

Takagi Shuzo continues to renew their products!
It is now Jun Dai 😄.
I think it was 50% before.
Is the taste also renewed?
As usual, it's a little tasty 😊.
Thank you 🙇.
It's a very easy to drink, non-intrusive liquor that you can drink as much as you want, but I wonder if it's very hard to find. I happened to get it as a farewell gift, but I may have never seen it for sale..,

I was shaken 🫨🍶 when I found out later that it was on the market at an eye-popping price.
Anyway, it was fruity and clear and I felt it was more compatible than water to take into the body. LOL🐳.
This is already a work of art.
It's a miracle drink, sophisticated and without any waste 🧊.
-He didn't drink.
I didn't drink it,
It was a very rare empty bottle, so I didn't think much of it.
The rice polishing ratio is 35%.
I sincerely hope that one day I will be able to drink it.

The right side of the picture. Honmaru refers to Jyushidai's special honjozo.
Despite being aluzome, the mouthfeel was smoother than the Kamimoroshiro on the left, which is impressive.
It was a bit schwarzier and had a strong enough sweetness, but it was drier than Kamimoro Shiro and had a shorter aftertaste with a clean finish.
It went well with simmered flatfish and tempura asparagus, but in fact, it went best with shishito peppers, which were served as a garnish for the simmered dish.

The aroma is pear and peach.
The mouthfeel is like super smooth soft water, and the fruity sweetness is very pronounced on the palate.
It has a sour taste at first, then a pear and peach-like sweetness soon after, a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and a long pleasant aftertaste of rice flavor.
It has a very good balance of flavors and can be enjoyed on its own without the need for food.
If I may say so, yam marinated in soy sauce was a good match.
