Seafood, homegrown vegetables, meats, locally famous shark fins, miso dengaku with rice eggplant on this day, jam, and ice cream for the closing were all wonderful dishes that I have never encountered anywhere else!
The only way to beat them all is with Jyushidai, the reigning king of sake!
