Honmaru is a standard type of Jyushidai.
It has a little bit of sweetness that clings to the tongue and has a strong sweet flavor.
There are many people who like the direct taste because it is not too clean like the high class type⁉🤗🤗.
I had this sake long before I got into sake and thought it was such a delicious sake.
After drinking it again, I realized how delicious Jyushiyo is.
It is extremely fruity, yet refreshing.

Continuing from last week, we went to Akaki for the first party of the celebration. We toasted with our first Jyushiyo Honmaru. The fruity aroma and impressive sweetness. It has a thick texture with a sour aftertaste that makes you feel like you can drink as much as you want. It may be more to my liking than other Jyushidai. It was a delicious sake with an impact that one would not expect from a honjozo.
Next up is Jyushiyo 😊.
