The first drink was a 14yo. The second cup was Kudokibe. Next was Toyobai. The final drink was an old plum wine made by the proprietress. Looking back on it now, it was a luxurious evening. The food and sake were all delicious.

I often see comments that it is sweet, so I had imagined it to be sweet, but the sweetness is elegant and not too assertive, and the dignified and contoured acidity and umami are beautifully balanced and easily quenched 🟢.
This is certainly delicious. It was delicious no matter how many glasses I drank to make sure 😊.
