I got sick of wanting to drink 14yo on my trip, so I ordered it as a cure 😷.
I asked a junior colleague of mine who was suffering from the same disease what specs he had had, and chose the one that was not covered by the disease, Ryu no Ochishiko.

80% Ryu no Ochishiko produced in Yamagata Prefecture
The melon-like fruity and rich sweet flavor comes from the Yamadanishiki and Kinmonishiki lineage 🤔.
The mother lineage is Miyamanishiki, but I can't help but feel the goodness of the father lineage.
Of course, the sharpness of the balance after the sweetness is a masterpiece of perfection 😊.
