A series of drinks I haven't had in a long time Sake that is like biting into a fruit. I can't believe this is the standard! I see what you mean... this is Jyushiyo! One sip and you get sourness, sweetness, umami, and a hint of pear and apple! The aftertaste is not blurred at all, why is it so sweet? I wonder when I can drink it again! I like it very much!

This day was special. I had the opportunity to drink a very premium sake from Jyushidai, Nanadaru Nijukan Ryugetsu. Nanadaru Nijukan" means that only seven drops can be obtained from 20 kan (about 75 kg) of rice, making it a very rare sake. Oh, wow. So great that even a little bit of it in a wine glass overshadowed my usual gubigubi style of drinking and turned into a super-slow, chibi-chibi lick-and-swig style. Because, it's a waste. The taste? Fruity and clear, I can't describe it any better than that, but it is the ultimate rice wine. It smells of rice and has a delicious flavor, but it also has a winey feel. I bought this at a cozy store on a trip to Yamagata. I didn't know when to open it...so I opened it on an ordinary day. I like the sweet taste! It's a little sticky on the palate, but not too sweet. It's not too sweet, but it has a strong taste, but it's easy to drink. I wonder if it is easy to drink because it is soft to the touch. It is delicious.

When I'm wondering, my nostrils swell up with a certain ginjo aroma 🥸. The slight gentle carbonation and the bitterness and sourness make a nice noise and add color to the elegant sweetness 😊.
