Solid body but with a hint of sweetness
but with a soft sweetness
Good sake that goes well with meals
Not light but modern style
It goes well with beef cheeks stewed in wine 🥩.
I heard that this brewery is really great, so I bought a bottle. It is a well-balanced bottle that is smooth without being cloying, not too polished, and has a decent umami.
A gift.
It seems to be expensive.
The sake goes in so smoothly that it is hard to believe that it is a sake yeast yeast yeast. I see.
The bamboo shoots in the beef stew are from Musashino.
The sprouts were secretly picked from a park in the neighborhood.
Delicious!

Hi Jay & Nobby!
Yes, I was influenced by Jay & Nobby! I was influenced by Jay & Nobby's influence on Souhyo!
I would like to drink a lot of sake from Tochigi!
Souhyo from Ichikai-cho, Tochigi Prefecture, was at a tasting event at Ikebukuro Tobu, and we chose the most favorable nama yeast type.
The beautiful acidity is impressive, and the sweetness of Yamadanishiki is also full-bodied. The finish has a moderately dry feeling. Overall, it is a delicious taste with an elegant and refined flavor.
