Tochigi sake has 36 CIs of Senkou out of 44 CIs.
The rest are Houou Mita?
In other words, this may be my first Tochigi sake other than the two major Tochigi sake 🤣.
The reason for this was a strong recommendation from a waiter at Hiwaya.
This was a great decision 😋.
I'm not really impressed with "Gohyakumangoku" hiyaoroshi.
I don't have much of an impression of hiyaoroshi,
I'm not too impressed with Gohyakumangoku, but the lightness of Gohyakumangoku and the ripeness of hiyaoroshi
I feel like it's a nice salty combination ✨.

Slightly melon-like aroma.
Fresh texture on the palate.
The crisp acidity gives way to the umami of the rice, which is well rounded.
The mouthfeel is moderately light, but you can feel the density of the flavor.
The sweetness is moderate.
Goes well with tempura. The fat from bonito is also well balanced.
A good food sake.
