It is a pure sake, 70% polished rice, pure rice, raw sake, made with a "nama-hashiroshi" (a traditional sake brewing technique).
The specs were completely to my liking, so I had it for the first time, Souhyo.
The aroma and taste were different from what I had imagined.
From the outside, it looked like a classic, but this preconceived notion was completely overturned.
The aroma was mildly fruity. The image changed completely.
On the palate, the acidity of the sake yeast and the umami of the rice! This is what makes it so special✨.
The potential of Yamadanishiki from the special A district of Yoshikawa, Hyogo Prefecture! It is wonderful!
The balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami created by 70% polished rice. This is the brewing technique of the brewery. I was impressed ✨.
Hello yoyoyo😃!
Congratulations on your first Soyoyo with perfect specs ㊗️ 🎉You're right, it looks very classic 😅It's the fruit of the power of Hyogo rice 🌾 and Tochigi sake 🤗.
Jay & Nobby, Tochigi has a great selection of sake! I spent about 30 minutes in the liquor store trying to decide which one to get, but I was right on the money with Souhyo ✨.
GW in Tochigi #8
We had Souhyo purchased at Mekada Sake Shop 😋.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a strong umami, sweetness, and firm acidity 😊It has a rich and abundant flavor👍✨.
The fourth one is Nikko's specialty Sansho Miso which I bought in Nikko 🥳The base is sweet miso with a hint of sansho flavor 😚The cucumber 🥒 might be a bit sweet but it is quite tasty 😋.
Maechen, good evening 😃.
It's the fridge on the left 🤗Soho-san! Heated sake is also good 🍶😋I'm sorry I didn't know it was a specialty of Nikko🧐😅I'm learning a lot!
Jay & Nobby, good morning ☀️ 😀 as you said, I bought it from the fridge on the left side 😊 so many specialties, I don't know which one is the real specialty 🤣 as long as it's tasty 😁.

GW's Tochigi Trip (4) Day 2
At Kanbei Sake Mamoru, we had a comparison of three types of local sake that Tochigi is proud of 😀.
I don't know the details of the specs, but the aroma is mild🤔, the taste is light, refreshing and dry, but you can also taste the delicious rice flavor 😊.
The second one is Utsunomiya Gyoza (Utsunomiya Gyoza 🥟) 😍I was told that one serving of Masatsugu is 2 grilled and 1 water, so I ordered it and it came out to be 3 servings, wasn't it? I ordered Masatsugu and was told that one portion was 2 yaki and 1 water 😅My partner had to have Karan, so we had yaki and tang tang and my stomach exploded 😇
The third picture is the next day, we went for a walk to the dumpling street 😁It was a cute street with cute dumplings everywhere 💕.
Hello Maechen 😃.
Glad you enjoyed your time in Utsunomiya with Tochigi sake 🍶 and gyoza🥟😊Masatsugu is our takeout 😋 and Karan is our first choice ‼️ nice partner👍
Maechen, welcome to Utsunomiya 🤗I hope you had a good time 🥟 and good luck with the bread 😂If you are short on time or just want to enjoy this and that, you can enjoy gyoza from popular restaurants at "Rairazse" 😘.
Good morning, Kotori-san 😀 In Tochigi Prefecture, except for Nikko Toshogu Shrine, I spent more than 80% of my time visiting dumplings🥟, liquor stores, and souvenir shops🤣I took a walk to Futarayama Shrine ⛩️, Dumpling Street, and Hachimanyama Park😇Nearby Tochigi except for that, I will be back😊.
