On a business trip to Osaka, at Shin-Osaka Station
Shin-Osaka station, Shin-Naniwa Dining Hall
I had a drink at "Fish Shop Stand Fuji" in Shin-Naniwa Dining Hall in Shin-Osaka Station!
What's that? It says it's dry.
But isn't it a little sweet? LOL!
It's like Hakurakusei, but with an aftertaste.
But the aftertaste is refreshing. 🙂↕️
Fuji seafood stand has a good lineup 🍶.
It's good that they have a good lineup 🍶❤️
This "Seafood Stand Fuji" has a good lineup.
There were about 5 people in line at 6pm lol.
But the food is so cheap and tasty that you can understand the line up.
It's a bit of a walk from JR Shin-Osaka station.
It is just a short walk from the northeast ticket gate of Osaka Metro. 💁♀️

Dry Junmai
Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 60
Alcohol 16
When you take it into your mouth, you feel the sweetness like rice, but it soon disappears, and the salty taste and the alcohol taste come closer to you.
The taste disappears as it passes down the throat, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
It is an excellent sake that can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and as a mid-meal drink.
Today's last is the moon after the rain.
Junmai Daiginjo is Hakutsuru Nishiki.
Hakutsuru Shuzo's own Hakutsuru Nishiki?
It is a quintessential Junmai Daiginjo of Amego no Tsuki.
It is a recent orthodox daiginjo.
It had been a while since I'd had it, but I found it at a party at work and just had to order it. It's still delicious! The fruity flavor spreads. What a great accompaniment to yakiniku!
