From the junmai ginjos up to this point, the sixth glass was a junmai daiginjo. I knew about Hiroshima sake at least as far as Drunken Heart and Kamotsuru, but it was Amego no Tsuki. I looked it up and found that it was the top ranking sake in Hiroshima.
This sake has a very pleasant sense of balance. The sweetness and lingering sharpness further enhance its drinkability. It is an all-rounder sake that can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways.
The aroma is elegant sourness and a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, you first feel the sweetness of melon ❔ followed by a strong sourness that lingers on the tongue. It was a fresh sensation that I have never had with sake before. Naturally it was delicious 🎶😋😋.

Mellow sake. This sake is a project started on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Mochizuki Shoten in Atsugi City. The aroma is not so strong, but the taste has a sweetness like cotton candy and a clear bitterness! It had a luxurious taste that would be delicious with sweets.

Thanks to my trip to Izumo, I had a lot of work to do. I was in danger of not being able to attend, but I made it just in time.
I went to a restaurant in Shonandai twice before.
The first was New Moon after the rain.
A little sweet, soft sweetness.
From the image of the moon after the rain that I had drunk before, this is a sweet and beautiful sake.
Delicious 😋.
It was all-you-can-drink at Sakélist Umekita restaurant.
The last drink of the hour was the moon after the rain.
This restaurant has a fill-your-own-glass system.
When I picked up the bottle, to my surprise, it was an unopened bottle!
An unopened bottle of Daiginjo! Very lucky! I felt a small happiness (laugh).
