It is a liquor store's original sake.
It is brewed in the moon after the rain.
This is so good that it will make you roar.
The deep pear-like flavor permeates through. Surprise!
New Moon" is only available at a few of our distributors. Once you drink it, you will be impressed by its overwhelming cost performance. It has an elegant ginjo aroma with no unpleasant taste and a soft, smooth mouthfeel. The delicious flavor of the rice spreads slowly and has a crisp, clean finish. It is truly a wonderful sake with this taste at this price. The name of the brewery's representative sake, "Ame-go-no-Tsuki," comes from an essay entitled "Nature and Life" written by the novelist Tokutomi Roka in 1899, in which he wrote, "In the sky after the rain, a bright moon shines brightly around us. The name "Tokufu Rehana" (Toku-miro-ka) is derived from the phrase "the moon shining brightly in the sky after the rain" in his essay "Nature and Life" published in 1900.

Soft and smooth with a thin sweetness.
Rich ginjo type aroma reminiscent of white flowers.
Enjoy the clear mouthfeel, sweetness and fragrance spreading all over 😊.
Sweet and acidic, mild and light. A good food sake. Delicate. It could be a little more flashy. Balanced. Delicate. A hint of citrus aroma. 85 points

Fresh aroma like young pineapple.
The mouthfeel is smooth and charming.
It has the elegance of a daiginjo.
It is not pineapple as expected,
It has a clear and mellow sweetness with a sense of fruit.
It seems to melt into the mouth without swelling up.
A little pungent and tangy.
The bitterness is tightened afterwards, and it is sharp.
