I thought it would be more fruity, but it tasted quite crisp.
There is also a fair amount of alcohol.
But it's not a gutsy classic.
I'm not sure.
I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes over time.

I bought this sake when I went back to my parents' house for the Bon holidays.
It is a sake from Nigata, the eastern end of Kure, my hometown.
There is a sake brewery, Fukucho, in Akitsu, further east of Kure.
Tomikunaga is located in Akitsu.
Akitsu merged with Higashi-Hiroshima City (where Saijo, a sake brewery, is located).
Higashi-Hiroshima City, which used to be inland, now faces the sea, and is now a part of the city.
Former Jimottee can't get used to it...
In the past, Chifuku was the mainstream sake in my hometown.
Houken, Huahato, and other small sake breweries are becoming famous.
and Hohken and Hanabato are becoming famous.
I enjoyed the good aroma and taste of daiginjo.

I needed some errands, and with one phone call from my wife, he delivered a bottle of Jyushiyo and a few other things to my house by scooter. One of the bottles
The aroma is very fragrant and the mouthfeel is pleasantly sweet.
The mouthfeel has a moderate sweetness, acidity, and above all, a sake-like sensation that comes up from the back of the throat! It has been a long time since I have had a heavy yuzu. The aftertaste from the heavy umami is also full of sake flavor! The acidity and bitterness at the end is refreshing, but if you don't take a break before the next sip, you will get tired.
In my opinion, it is not good for me.

Thank you for the food!
I found a buchi umai: ❗️
If you like fruity, you should drink it.
It's aroma is a bit rustic, but it doesn't interfere with cooking.
Yamatoya sells it now.
Hiroshima is the best. ‼️
