Impression: Fresh, mellow and umami.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, typical of nama-shu. From the attack, the strong alcohol gives body to the taste, which is balanced by the acidity and sweetness. The taste is unexpectedly punchy.
The rich flavor and thickness of the Omachi grape is enveloped by the transparency of the Ame-go-Tsuki style, resulting in a classical and elegant finish. Both drinkable and gorgeous. On-the-rocks is also a good thing.
