A summer sake I wanted to try!
As the name suggests, it is refreshing and cool to drink.
The umami taste is unexpectedly strong and follows it. It is good because I like umami better!
I looked up how to make sake on the internet and tried it, but I have no idea how to do it. ......
I couldn't find any nuance of muscat or melon that was mentioned in the flavor introduction. ...... If I had to guess, I would say that the refreshing sweetness was almost minty.
I thought it would go well with dishes with acidity, so I prepared some marinated dishes, but the salmon sashimi I had later matched it better... Maybe it goes better with simple snacks like sashimi and salt grilled fish.
Junmai Ginjo🍶.
Traveling in Hiroshima✈️🚃First time in this restaurant, my friend made a reservation for me to try Hiroshima's famous oysters and conger eel ✨.
Not great specs but very beautiful sake 😆 Full marks 💯 Makes the conger eel sashimi even better.

Amego no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Black Moon Unfiltered Nama-shu Akaoni Limited Edition
July 5, 2025
Sangenjaya Akaki
Hiroshima sake limited to Akaki, Junmai Daiginjo made with Omachi from Akaban. This one also has a nice fruity aroma. The sweet and sourness spreads smoothly on the palate. The ginjo aroma that escapes into the nose after the sake is swallowed is superb. The juicy flavor and bitterness finish the palate. It matched well with the mizu-aubergine sashimi and we had a wonderful time.

Aftertaste: Clear. Pleasant bitterness.
Impression: Light and dry with a fruity aroma
Aromatic, light and dry with a fruity aroma.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, with green apple, muscatel, and pear aromas, but the taste is sharp and reserved.
The acidity is beautiful and forms the backbone of the entire wine, with sweetness playing only a supporting role. The bitterness lingers moderately in the aftertaste, which is easily cut off and complements the food.
The aroma is prominent, but the structure is such that it does not interfere with the meal. This is a refined, light-bodied ginjo-shu that is typical of Amego no Tsuki.
Repeat Score 2.5
The taste of rice is more pronounced than the Sharaku I had a while ago. It has a fruity taste and is easy to drink. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in drinking Sharaku 😋.
The sake rice is Moeibuki from Hiroshima and Hakutsuru Nishiki from Hyogo.
I'm still on a JAL flight to Narita (and it's mid-morning), so don't drink too much. 🐈️🐈️
Oooh! Mr. Lara's Sake ‼️
You're flying back to ✈️... Welcome home🤗
It's been a long time since you've had sake 🍶I'm sure it will soak in 😌.
Take it easy at home 👋.
Jay & Nobby, it has been a long time. I returned home only for a few weeks due to business reasons. It's been a while since I've had a taste of alcohol, it soaks in. 😋
The top clearness is not too sweet...and as the label suggests, it has a slight effervescence. However, the sweetness increases through the throat and leaves a smooth aftertaste.
When mixed with oligarami, a slightly pungent, throat-stimulating specialness also appears.
