When I twisted the cap, bubbles came up vigorously👍.
Aroma is like cider with a lactic acidity.
The first sip is dry and full of gas. Stable taste. Continuing gassy feeling. It's clean, crisp, and nice.

Tsuki after rain is brewed with Hakutsuru-Nishiki.
The taste is dominated by acidity with no bitterness, as is typical of Hakutsuru-Nishiki. It was a delicious sake.

Super melon. That's all. Super melon when you drink it without smelling it. The aftertaste ends with a slight sourness. If you don't like sake, please drink this!
However, after a while, it tastes like a noble sake. But it tastes more like a noble sake if you drink it after drinking Sogen. I don't know about sake...it's too deep!
