This is the best summer sake ever, and it's already breaking new records!
This sake is smooth and silky, but the sweetness, umami, and acidity are all well balanced.
The acidity comes first, then the sweetness, and finally the umami.
The lingering aftertaste is fleeting but impactful.

The first moon after the rain.
The sake was clear, crisp, and absurdly easy to drink.
I regret now that I didn't drink it in Fukuyama 😂.
I had to have two more 🍶🍶 because there was no other locally brewed sake.
The fourth one is two bottles of summer sake that we welcomed yesterday 🥰.
I still have some spring sake sleeping in the fridge, so I'll have to wait to open the bottle 😅...
Hello Mr. Maaaaan ☀☀☀☀
Congratulations on your first "moon after rain"🎉!
I too was shocked when I drank "Ame-go-Tsuki" for the first time 🥰.
I find it interesting that "Hakudakesen Natsumushi" and "Kido" are strangely matched in design 🤣.
Hi Gyve!
I was shocked at how easy it was to drink 😋 There are not many places in Hyogo that carry Hakudakesen, but I managed to get a bottle of "Natsumushi" 😁.
I was surprised at how easy it was to drink 😋.
I had my first cup of moon after rain 🌙 not too long ago.
I enjoyed the sake so much that I bought another kind this time✨.
This one also has a slight sweetness and umami that I like to spread afterwards 😊.
Delicious 💕
On the shinkansen on the way back from the concert.
This time my husband said he will pick me up at the station so we will drink on the bullet train too 🙌🙌!
I was going to drink standing up but they were already closed 😂 so I bought a small bottle ✌️✌️
I liked the taste! Thank goodness!
The attack is sweet and tasty, with a slight banana aroma and a slight banana, koshinko, and rice-like flavor. The bitterness immediately follows, followed by sourness, then bitterness again, with a medium lingering aftertaste. I personally like it because of its individuality. How about pairing it with appetizers or sashimi?
