Natural Sake Yasu
I've had nature sake before, but not Yuzuru.
Among them, the Junmai Ginjo in summer.
I've always thought of nature sake as a sake with a strong rice flavor, but maybe because this is a summer sake? A little more refreshing.

As the name suggests, calm and gentle ☺️. Refreshing, but with umami. Nice feeling. Also catch the turnip and mimigaura salad 😋.
