Tanigawadake" is my second favorite in the Maikaze series after "Akagisan"!
This year, too, we were able to obtain a rare raw type of sake, and we are very happy about it!
When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a crisp, fruity aroma of green melon and green apple.
The mouthfeel is refreshing. It has a crisp and spicy lightness that is typical of Tanigawadake. There is a hint of sweetness with a refreshingly juicy apple flavor on top of the acidity.
From there, the astringent taste tightens up the refreshing sensation. It is a two-fold deliciousness of coolness and juiciness ✨.
Less lush and softer than Akagisan. As with every year, even with the same Maifu, they are all different and all good 👐.
If I had tried this brand before "Akagisan" when I was new to Gunma sake, I might have woken up to this one.
They are truly a two-top...!
I had purchased this sake when I passed through Maebashi city by train before. It has a slightly sweet aftertaste, but is refreshing and easy to drink. It is light and easy to drink. I would like to buy a four-pack next time.
This is my first Tanigawadake and it is the first sake of this brand. It is a very refreshing food sake.
It goes well with soy sauce mirin flavored home prepared dishes cooked in dashi soup stock. ‼️ No olive oil or mayonnaise based Japanese/Western flavors. It is definitely a Japanese side dish. ❣️
The best match among them is Uruume ✨ from western Japan!
The clean flavor is perfect for the salty taste of Uruume.
Sake that goes well with Japanese side dishes is the basic form of sake. Thank you for the meal 😋.
Hello, Powan Powan😃!
Congratulations on your first brand first raw and first Mr. Tanigawa ㊗️ 🎉 We've never had it 🥲 but a bottle that goes well with Japanese delicacies sounds very familiar 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 Recently, sweet and fruity sake has been on the rise, so a bottle that goes well with Japanese side dishes is rather refreshing. After all, the combination of Japanese side dishes and sake is a good one: ❣️
