The aroma is moderate. It is not a fruity aroma but a classic sake aroma. There is a slight hint of fragrance.
Taste: The mouthfeel is rather gentle and clear. After a gentle sweetness, it quickly fades away. It is not spicy with an edge, but rather a spicy taste that disappears quickly, making it a very good mid-meal sake. It has umami and is not heavy, but comes and goes quickly. There is little alcohol.
Very tasty. It is a good sake that is easy to drink even for those who do not like dry sake.
This refreshingness may be due to the use of enzymes.
