7 kinds of drinking comparison
180ml 📌¥Gifted
This is a quick rice.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
The color is beautiful.
The mouthfeel is a little thick and sweet from the rice, with a delayed umami feeling 😊I thought it was sweet, but then I felt a delayed spiciness 😊It's the first Gunma sake I've had in a while 🍶Thanks!
Today's pairing is gingerbread with pork!

Enjoy comparing!
It is said to be Tanigawadake's first draft sake. The alcohol content is a little high at 16 degrees.
Let's try it!
It has a slightly sweet and refreshing taste. It's the kind of sake you want to sip on by the porch while watching the sun set.
It is delicious. ‼️
Spring sake even though it's the rainy season 😆.
Aroma like fruity melon 😎.
A little sour.
I feel refreshed 😆.
Comfortable for a tired body 🤓🤓.
There were some surprise guests,
It was a tiring but fun night ✨
It has a slightly denser and tastier version of the orthodox sake elements. Very slight tingle of slight effervescence. Not bad for something you buy at the supermarket. 15 degrees.
Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 60
It tastes just like the label says: soft and slightly sweet.
It is a sake that can be purchased at supermarkets, but this was one that I would like to repeat: ☺️
At an Izakaya
There was a Tanigawadake with a label I had never seen before, so I tried it.
Unlike Tanigawadake, which has a dry image, it was slightly citrusy, fruity, and deliciously sweet.
It also has a refreshing taste, so I wondered if it would be more dry than Tanigawadake.
Junmai Ginjo Spring Sake
I got this as a souvenir from my father. I wonder what kind of mindset a father would have buying sake as a souvenir for his daughter.
It said it had a muscat-like aroma, but it also had a melon feel. It had a gentle ginjo aroma and a spring-like atmosphere.
