We will start with the stable of Gunma sake!
When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is crisp and fruity, with hints of muscat and green apple.
The mouthfeel is clean and fresh, as if it were THE Gunma sake, THE Tanigawadake.
However, the crispness is subdued, with a soft touch of sweetness. The taste is both cool and gentle, and is similar to that of a peach or a king apple!
The full flavor of rice spreads behind it. And it is easy to drink, disappearing clearly.
The balance of the two spring sakes in the Tanigawadake series is unbearable ✨.
The Maikaze series will be released later this month, so I'm looking forward to it even more...!

It has a crisp mouthfeel with a fresh tangy acidity.
This is a delicious dry sake.

I bought it for the first time at an old (supposedly) sake shop that is a member of the Japan Famous Sake Association. It was displayed at room temperature in the storefront, and after returning home, I lightly chilled it in the refrigerator for about two hours before opening the bottle.
It was delicious. The moment I drank it, the umami flavor was in full swing. It is not sweet, but it has a moderate sweetness and a dry mouthfeel.
The label says something about the passage of time and fresh muscats, so it is wine-conscious.
I don't know if I will be able to drink it again, but it was a good sake.
Easy to drink, fresh and refreshing muscat flavor.
