Sake with the sweetness of freshly squeezed rice.
I drank it while eating pickled horse mackerel with Nanbanzuke, probably the wrong pairing.
It was served cold, but I think it would probably taste better hot.
It was also good at room temperature after a little time.

The three brothers of Tanigawadake by Nagai Sake Brewery.
The expensive Basho is more elegant than the normal Tanigawadake (in my opinion).
The super-hot Junmai is super-hot, but has a smooth, slightly sweet aftertaste (or is that just my tongue getting buggy from drinking too much?) It's one of my favorites 😋.
Mr. Ota got hot sake at the camp, and I got hot sake in my pot at home. Hot sake is delicious. If you have a pot of vegetables or mushrooms, it's endless.
Tanigawa-dake, a return gift from my hometown. To be honest, my two choices for Gunma sake were Takamusume and Gunma Izumi, but now I have a new option. What an unpretentious and relaxing sake. It is a good sake that can be drunk without hesitation, without any impurities or thinness. With a rice polishing ratio of 70%, this sake is sure to be a regular sake for the locals who are looking for something easy on the wallet.
Super Spicy Junmai
Heated Sake Contest Gold Award
Delicious at room temperature (chilled) as it is this time of year. It's refreshing and light.
When heated up, it has the qualities of junmai. Good acidity and rice flavor. The aftertaste is refreshing.
The wine has been in the cellar for 2022.
The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, you can taste the delicious flavor of rice with a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Perhaps it is because it has been aged for a long time, but it has a mellow finish. The taste is far removed from that of the first bottling. Tanigawadake is a sake that is good with food, so tonight I will enjoy it with hokke (hokke) and 🐟.
Polishing ratio 70%.
