Grape Variety/Ingredient: Gohyakumangoku
Taste: Dry
Strength (%): 15.0
I bought this as a souvenir on a trip to Gunma. Compared to Otokoyama, which I drank earlier, this sake is less dry. This sake is more like drinking water than rice. Of course, the aroma of rice is wonderful, but the water is even better. Although it is dry, it is lighter than Mutsu Otokoyama, and the taste of the water makes it one that you can drink as much as you want.
Purchased in Mizukami on the way back from climbing Mt. Although it is labeled "super-harsh," the sake initially had a mellow mouthfeel and the flavor of the rice could be felt well.
Although it is a brewed sake, it is soft on the palate and has a well-balanced taste with a touch of spiciness behind the sweetness. It is very easy to drink.
I got it as a souvenir: 🛍️
Fruity ginjo aroma
Soft and refreshing sweetness
Slightly alcoholic
Light-bodied ginjo-shu with a clean aftertaste.
It is the season of hiyaoroshi and autumn harvest, but I still want to drink summer sake.
