An interesting drink, kind of like a not sweet doburoku. It’s mild with a little acidity.
Made from Millet (hie) and rice mold (Kouji), so not exactly 清酒／日本酒 Sake.

I wonder if the sweetness comes as it rolls around in your mouth.
I feel like it's spicy, but in the middle of my mouth it's sweet, but at the back of my mouth at the end it might be refreshing! I can tell it's more spicy!

アザラシ3合I bought it after tasting it at a liquor store I happened to pass by in Otaru (≧▽≦). Gorgeous and delicious! It has a strong flavor, but it is easy to drink and goes well with many dishes. Not fruity but gorgeous, how strange!
With sashimi, lettuce salad!
