Kansai Sake-no-wa Year-End Party 2024⑧.
Robin joined from this time.
We met at a joint sake brewery tour in Shiga, and when we were having trouble getting around by bus and train, Kyuzo-san asked us to join him and we decided to share the same road trip.
Later that day, bouken-san scouted us out and we connected.
He is a car DIY and a YouTuber who tours sake breweries across Japan.
Robin-san brought his own sake.
Otaru Takaragawa Junmai Daiginjo.
This was a sake that everyone had never seen before, and only kan-san, who travels all over the country, knew about it.
It has a fruity taste with a clear and smooth mouthfeel. I also thought the taste was clear and well-balanced and the water must be good.
When I checked the name of the brewery, I found that it was called Kyokui-Tanaka Shuzo, which is difficult to read.
It seems to read "Kanei Tanaka Shuzo.
According to the Internet, they produce about 500 koku.
Thank you, Robin, for the food 🙏.

Good evening, Nemuchi-san!
I enjoyed the off-line meeting, thank you very much. I brought a bottle of sake from Hokkaido, which I have never had myself 😁 I had no idea why, but thank you for your comment 👍.
