The aroma is not strong. Aftertaste is a little, or maybe a lot, bitter.
No flavor, not dry, moist.
Delicious as a stand-alone alcoholic beverage, but I'm not sure what it would go with.

The taste starts with spiciness and ends with umami.
It has a lingering spiciness, but it goes well with all kinds of food.
