Today, we had Chanja, cream cheese kiri & sticks, and strawbali rice cakes with "Takaten", a junmai sake from Takaten Shuzo, Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture, a sake from Suwa, Shinshu 🍶.
It was fruity but not so sweet, dry and refreshing. ❤️
