It has a fruity aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it fills it with a slight effervescence and a rich sweetness.
The sweetness is followed by a moderate bitterness and acidity, making it easy to drink.

Yamae Nishiki. 16 degrees. It's like I knew it from the beginning!
It comes in so easily that it makes you want to back up the back number or totsukkomi!
This is 16 degrees. The first touch.
What happens after that?
Although it gets a little thicker, it has a good mouthfeel and smoothness. It is like a good fireworks display in summer. Yamae Nishiki here is the best.
Japanese rice wine ultimate.
I'm drinking it at 14 degrees.
I think I'll drink it with hiya, which is rare.
Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Aki-agari
Rating 4.4-4.5
Manufactured with Yamadanishiki rice, 50% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume
Yamadanishiki" sake rice is grown by contract farmers in Azumino City, where spring water from the Northern Alps flows.
The fruity aroma has been preserved by Suwa Mikotsuru Sake Brewery's careful bottle heating technique, and the mature taste has been brought out in the autumn.
The aroma is green apple-like. It retains a sense of freshness.
On the way back from a drinking tour of the town of Kami-suwa, we stopped by Mikotsuru Sake Brewery in Shimosuwa.
At the store, we bought a limited edition of Yamae-Nishiki and Hitogokochi unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
The aroma was fresh and pear-like, typical of nama-shu. In the mouth, it is gassy and fresh, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness.
It was worth the trip to the brewery.

I like Miyamanishiki sake 😋 I don't know much about sake rice though 🤣.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌝.
I bought this at Daimaru! I went there without any expectation 😅 There were some kinds of purple space in addition to Mikotsuru!

My first Mikotsuru.
It had a nice aroma in the mouth and seemed to have a pear and yogurt type flavor.
It was quite refreshing on the first day, and after the second day, I felt the umami flavor was stronger.
It was a very delicious sake 🍶.
