I've been there.
I didn't raise my drink in May 😓.
I was looking at the pictures and remembered 😭😭😭
So I'm going to raise it ✨
First up, Gokozuru from ☝️
I vaguely remember it being a clear, dry sake 😄.
It's like a food sake 😊.
This year, too, I made a tour of sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture during the Obon holidays. I bought Gokotsuru last year and enjoyed it so much that I bought it again this year. We immediately drank it at the hotel where we stayed. This Gokozuru is also easy to drink and tastes great. 858 yen
The full-bodied sweetness is impressive, but the gasiness and the bitterness in the latter half of the flavor make it not dull.
It is firmly sweet, so it might be better to enjoy it on its own.
I would like to try other specs as well, as I personally prefer it.
My friend raved about this sake, Gokotsuru.
I had never heard of it until he told me about it, and I thought it looked austere and was a good old-fashioned sake, but when I drank it, I found it to be modern!
It tastes too good to keep drinking all the time.
Mikotsuru Activated Nigori Nama Sake
It's Miko-chan again without a pause!
Sorry, someone please stop me😅.
Well-balanced with a delicious sweetness.
It was comfortable to drink and we both drank it up!
I wonder if I can ignore it next time I see it..,
The third one is a shot with the high school baseball game that just started!
It's hot, but the players and the spectators are doing their best 👍!
It's fruity, and even after swallowing it, you can still feel the sweetness on your tongue, so it doesn't feel too dry.
Fruity, refreshing, sweet, and bitter all come together to make a very tasty drink!
I returned safely to my home in Morioka from the Hachinohe, Aomori, Hirosaki route. In a way, I felt like I had circled Aomori in a roundabout way. In such a case, here's a shwack: ☺️
Let's start with the standing aroma. It has a koji (malted rice) taste and a sake-kasu (sake lees) aroma, which is characteristic of muddy sake. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gaseous feeling and is like calpis with a moderate sweetness. Easy to drink 😁.
Serve with fried shrimp. The combination of this sake and the tartar with lemon (🍋) makes the drink rich and refreshing 😆 I think I will be able to sleep well today 😇

Mikotsuru Activated Nigori Nama Sake
100% Yamae-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, 15%.
I buy it when I see it.
It is my second bottle this year.
It's so sweet and juicy!
But I have to say, is the price going up every year?
I wonder if the sake rice is having a hard time.
Will it be more difficult next season? That's a problem.
Hang in there beetles don't let the heat get to you ❗️
Good evening, Harry 😃.
I knew you went for the second one 😋.
I know the price increase is unavoidable to some extent 🥲...
I see a lot of beetles 🌈 in the sake straw world 😅but maybe I haven't seen beetles in nature for a while 🤔.
Good morning, Harry 🌞.
Is this your second bottle right away 👀 I love it!
Really though, what will happen to the sake rice this year😅.
I heard that in some areas the rice is dying 🌾 due to lack of water.
Hi Harry 🐦.
I'm so imagining that it's you Harry when I see this miko 😊.
That's a magnificent beetle 😳It's too hot during the day to even hear the cicadas 😅I'm really worried about the drought 😰.
@Mizuhashi, good evening 🌇.
Miko-chan nigori goes well with hot summer, rice is really worrying me, I saw some news that vegetables are dying because of too little rain: ❗️
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌇.
As Miko-chan ambassador, I am happy to contribute a little to the ranks of Mikotsuru at ☺️,
The active nigori is exceptional among them!
I wish you good luck with the beetles and cicadas!
I bought a limited edition sake at Gokotsuru Sake Brewery!
This is a test brew version of the Jungin Yamae Nishiki Type R. I don't know exactly what the difference is, nor do I know how it tastes compared to the regular Yamae Nishiki I've had before. I don't know what the difference is, and I don't know how it tastes different from the regular version I drank before.
It is pleasantly fruity, with a clean minerality and a nice sweetness without any cloying flavor. It is a fruity wine that goes well with meals.

This week we will be in Nagano from Monday. It's hot.
I was wandering around a liquor store and found this one. It was expensive, but I wanted to drink it! So I bought it. I drank it last year, too, at the same hotel 😊.
First, just the supernatant.
It's not too sweet and it's so refreshing that I could drink it all by itself. But that would be a waste, so I stirred it and drank it. It became thicker, but I didn't feel it lingering in my mouth at all, and I enjoyed it chibi-chibi with a sweetness closer to sourness. It was delicious.
It's summer vacation, right? The number of office workers is decreasing. On the Shinkansen in the morning, a lady sitting next to me was immediately enjoying a glass of shuushu🍺. I love it.
Aunty.
Good morning!
It's hard to eat lunch when you're hungry next to the bullet train and drink beer while we're working 🤣I'd like to try Gokotsuru's Nigori 🤤.
Hi Ane ^_^
Thanks for your work 🙇.
The drinks here are delicious ☺️
I don't have a summer vacation either, but I think I'll have a posh 🍺 on the train tomorrow after my night shift 😁.
Good morning, kozo!
Usually no one puffs on it, but during ski season and summer vacation, the smell of alcohol fills the air 💦 It's a limited edition sake, so if you find it, buy it immediately!
Good morning, Manta 😃.
I hope you finished your psht time successfully. The bar I went to yesterday had some, but I think the best time to taste this alcohol is when you buy it and open the bottle yourself 😊.
