It was fire-aged.
There happened to be a former brewer there, and we tasted the wine while listening to him talk about various things.
It was so delicious that I bought it after I returned home. There was no fire-brewed one, though.

Found by chance on the way to Suwa-taisha shrine and purchased without prior knowledge. It is characterized by soft acidity and sweetness, reminiscent of white wine. The direction is similar to that of Shinmasa or S.tokyo, and you will never get tired of drinking it!

Next was Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu.
The label somehow conjures up an image of sweet and rich, but it was surprisingly smooth and sweet, with a very good mouthfeel.
Even those who are not accustomed to sake can easily enjoy this.
Even those who are not familiar with sake can easily go for it.
Kagamiyama was a bit more acidic, so it was easy to contrast the two, which was also highly appreciated by everyone.
