We tasted four different types of ginjos, all with the same rice polishing ratio and alcohol content, but with different rice. All of them were very tasty, but the flavors were completely different. The one we ended up purchasing, Yamae Nishiki, won the Grand Prix at IWC21.
When I see the words "Unfiltered Nama Sake" I am drawn to it 😁.
If it's Mikotsuru, I can't help but buy it 🤤.
After the light gassy sensation, it has a rich flavor with a sharpness.
It's so good that I'm sure I'll drink too much already 🥰.
It's a waste, so I managed not to manaize it!
Today's sake is "Mikotsuru" from Suwa, Shinshu!
What a gorgeous label ⁉️
It shines brightly!
The bottle opens smoothly, a little bit shuffling,
Sweet taste, no alcohol attack at all.
The alcohol attack is not felt at all & goes down your throat smoothly.
It is very rich in flavor.
There are many drunken sake in Shinshu.

Mikotsuru Gohyakumangoku, bottle heated once, dry
It has a relatively dry taste among Mikotsuru's wines. It has a moderate sweetness, but it is not clingy. It has a smooth and refreshing taste.
Although it is described as dry, it is not spiky and has a gentle taste.
The overall cohesiveness is good.
Mikotsuru is delicious after all.
I like wakame seaweed too much.
In this season, I go to the fish shop
I buy fresh wakame
I boil it and freeze it.
I've been eating a lot of wakame lately 😆.
I tend to put it off because it's easy to buy
I tend to put it off because it's easy to buy 😆 Gokotsuru
It has a nice aroma 😆.
And delicious!
It's gorgeous 😁.
The cork is not half hard!
Light opening sound!
The sweet ginjo aroma is softly reminiscent of melon and pineapple. When you include it, you will feel the stimulation of fine gas and the spread of soft malted rice aroma. The aroma is rich, sweet, and deliciously juicy, with a lingering, gently bitter aftertaste.
This is the first time I have had this brand. It has a faintly sweet aroma, and the sweetness is restrained, with a sense of umami and acidity. It has a fresh, yet mild, classic flavor.
★ "Sake
Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi
Very fresh sake. It has a gaseous feel and a pleasant texture on the tongue.
The sweetness and acidity are in good harmony. It is sweet, tasty, clean, and fruity.
The refreshing taste makes it easy to drink. Sake with a high degree of perfection. Delicious.
When heated, the aroma is a bit peculiar, but it is quite tasty. But it may taste better chilled.
Next up was a push on sake from the proprietress's hometown. I heard it won a gold medal. The proprietress explained that it was the best in the world. Great expectations. The sake has a slight effervescence and an elegant sweet flavor. But the pungent taste remains on the tongue. It is elegant but deep in flavor. It naturally goes well with the strong taste of eggplant miso. This is delicious.
I made a quick change from the sake I was planning to make and went with Tsuru-sama's Nama-zake!
We had a variety of ingredients in the fridge today, so I made this dish to enjoy a variety of flavors 🥰.
The salad was our hydroponic lettuce, pork fillet cutlet, herb grilled kanpachi, boiled spinach with black vinegar, marinated carrots, and after this, brown rice fried rice. ❤️
I tried to combine saltiness, acidity, herb flavor, meat flavor, sweet vinegar, etc. little by little so as not to miss out on anything.
Well, when you have the experience of failure, it's hard to be aggressive, and it's like trying a few things at once, but they were all quite tasty and went well with the sake.
The dark green Mikotsuru-sama had a complex flavor this time. It had a good balance of sweetness, spiciness, and astringency, from perfectly chilled to a little closer to room temperature. ‼️ It has a slightly cider-like sweet aroma. But never sweet🤞.
Impressions of the drink on its own are in charge of shinsake3💕.
Good evening, Peckho😄Another great dinner tonight😍this is a great idea to pair with alcohol ❣️ Spinach soaked in black vinegar was a new idea👌Fried rice with meat on top and more butter🧈 on top for the finish? I want to try it 🤤.
Hi HinaHanaMama, good evening❤️I wanted a little sourness so I added soy sauce and maple syrup to the black vinegar and added it to the spinach‼️ I think it gives more depth than soy sauce alone😊The fried rice is made with all kinds of leftovers and topped with cream cheese at the end👍😋.
Good evening, Pekho 🦉.
It's hard to make a few of them and they're awesome and 👍✨I'm always just impressed 🥹The homemade lettuce looks delicious too ❣️ I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around how expensive vegetables are right now 😂.
Ponchan💓Good evening ‼️I love vegetable salads and want to eat heaps of them every day but they are expensive and hard to shop for💦I have no choice but to try hydroponics💪and I have a planter on my windowsill and harvest daily🥰Happy 🥗🙌I highly recommend it🌱
Overall 9 (out of 10)
According to the website
According to the website, "Kinmonnishiki is called a fantastic sake rice, and the resulting sake has a very complex flavor. The resulting sake has a very complex flavor and a fresh, fruity taste that can only be achieved by freshly pressed sake.
This is what they say 👍.
Delicious 😋.
The image of tangy, spicy, and sweetness coexisting 😋.
The description says "complex flavor."
I think I know what you mean😅.
I had it chilled.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
I feel the same way.
I think complex drinks are those that allow the drinker to change the way they drink depending on the conditions and explore the best conditions at any given time 🧐.

Gokotsuru Origara-mi, which was given to me.
As it is freshly pressed, it is quite fresh and you can enjoy the petit gas feeling.
The bitterness is rather robust and can be enjoyed on its own.
Not that it matters, but it seems that Japanese coffee has more bitterness and less acidity than coffee from other countries.
Someone has been considering the reason, and the simple fact is that Japanese people can enjoy bitterness.
I wonder if there is a part of that in sake as well.
