It is neither hot nor sweet, crisp and slick.
Mambo sashimi and mirin-dried mambo intestines go very well together.
I can eat mambo 🥰.
Mambo sashimi was shakushaku.
We compared two different brands from the same brewery, Hakuizumi and Senzuke!
Let's try Hakuisen first.
It has a juicy flavor, freshness, and a clean, crisp taste.
I drank it while telling my wife that Pon-chan had posted that this brewery had recovered from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, as if it were her own words 😆.
Hello, tsutsumate🐦.
I see you compared the drinks👍I've never had this one 💦I wonder if it's similar to Senzuke🤔I'm looking forward to your review after this😊.
I too often speak the words of others with a smug look on my face 🤣.
It is sweet and delicious. The fresh sweetness is well balanced with the umami that spreads slowly afterward. The umami flavor is further emphasized when the rice is mixed with ori.
Nice aroma. From the muscat flavor, a bit tangy and astringent from the dry, and fresh bitter-sweet. Yes, not so bad.
Sake rice → Hyogo rice
Rice polishing ratio→60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Unfamiliar brand name
I'll look up "Sake no Wa" and see if I can find it.
Sake no Wa celebrities seem to have drunk it before.
I heard the brewery is located in Mikage, Hyogo Prefecture.
I graduated from Mikage Junior High School 🎓.
I have a connection with them
It was fresh and delicious sake🍶!

A refreshing drink.
Softly fragrant rice sweetness and soft texture on the tongue.
The aftertaste is refreshing, but the sweetness lingers on the tongue, leaving a lingering sensation that can be enjoyed for a long time.
It is best when paired with seafood with a strong sweetness, such as crab or shrimp!
This is my first sake from Hyogo, or rather Kobe. The moment I first sipped it, I was like, ......... Oh, this is my favorite one (emphasis added).... Fresh, aromatic, slightly spicy (or just what it says on the back label). This is a new discovery at the end of the year.
