Next is Amber Izumi, another brand of Izumi Shuzo, famous for Senzuke.
I was told about it by bouken before but never had a chance to drink it, so I was able to drink it here 💡.
It says that it is made from 100% Hyogo rice, but I could not find out the variety 💧.
It has a gentle sweetness, but flows smoothly without any peculiarities💨.
It's a bit of a "orikarami", but I don't think the flavor of the rice is that strong.

I think that the Amber Spring is basically made with Gohyakumangoku, and this product is made with Gohyakumangoku and rice 🤔.

I was looking at a map of Hyogo sake rice the other day, and it seems that the northern part of the prefecture grows Gohyakumangoku very well 🌾.
