I used only ayu (sweetfish) for this dish. I also served bonito and Spanish mackerel tataki with a lot of myoga. It has a slightly high alcohol content and sweetness for a Niigata sake, so it went well with the ayu fish, bonito and Spanish mackerel. It was a good evening drink.

Local liquor store on the line... ♪ Fruity flavor and a slight effervescence. Highly recommended for those who want a little sweet nigori! I heard that it is a very good choice for those who want to drink a little bit sweet and a little bit tangy. I had to try it! I bought it in a hurry: ‼️ After returning home, I opened the bottle slowly, little by little. The white ooze that had accumulated at the bottom of the bottle danced and danced like snow every time air entered the bottle. Dancing. Dancing. Niigata Sake 🍶. Ayu Masamune Sake Brewery's Favorite Sake - The Owner's Recommendation Vol. 2 Special Junmai sake and Junmai Nama sake. Both had a sweetness and rice flavor that was good as a food sake 😋.

Thanks for your hard work. A little early for the Doll's Festival. We are having cherry blossom colored nigori sake with a lovely pale pink color. Junmai nigori sake "SAKURAIRO Ayu Masamune Shuzo (Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture)

Purchased 2/28 Classic sweet sake aroma Full of flavor, yet It has a very pleasant aftertaste. The aftertaste is very pleasant. You can feel the careful craftsmanship. ⭕️ At last year's go-around A lot of people told me I should go there. You can do tasting without a car. Unfortunately I had to drive this time, but next time! Skiing was suddenly decided 5 days ago. I had only skied three or four times before, 35 years ago. I came to Joetsu Myoko as if I were a student. After skiing without getting hurt, we went to a hot spring and had dinner and drinks. Since we were here, we decided to try a local sake, so we had ayuu masamune. It's refreshing and easy to drink. A little sweet. Easy to drink and goes down smoothly. The upper right picture is the drink we had on the Shinkansen in the morning. (Extra)
