Skiing was suddenly decided 5 days ago. I had only skied three or four times before, 35 years ago.
I came to Joetsu Myoko as if I were a student.
After skiing without getting hurt, we went to a hot spring and had dinner and drinks.
Since we were here, we decided to try a local sake, so we had ayuu masamune.
It's refreshing and easy to drink. A little sweet.

To start off the year 2024, I will drink ayu (sweetfish) Masamune, which was given to me by an acquaintance, cold.
I served it cold with herring roe, black soybeans, kamaboko (fish cake), kombu maki (kelp roll), etc. It goes so well together!
It has a strong flavor and is soft and easy to drink! It is a good sake for a meal!
I finished the entire bottle by myself! It's going to be a good year!
