I feel sweetness and umami. I think the umami is stronger 🤔.
It is thick and has a heavy feeling with a throat that you can feel the sake when you swallow it.

I knew the name of Ayu Masamune before, but I had passed it by thinking it was Niigata's dry sake, but I was surprised when I drank it for the first time this time ‼️🤣.
It was a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness.
