This is the second half of the Mikage Local Sake Festival.
Next up is Hamafukutsuru Kuzo.
It is smooth and fluffy. But you can also feel the alcohol.
It was the kind of sake you would drink under a cherry tree~.
The foreigner is also full of people.
I wanted to talk to them, "Japanese saké, Delicious?" I wanted to talk to them. I actually didn't....
Next is Hyakumoku. It smells great! It is so delicious!
And then, Daikoku Masamune. This is a "21 year old honjunshu (matured) sake.
It has a great punch! It was so delicious that it made me smile just like Kenrishi!
And finally, Fukuju.
Very refreshing! Light and easy to drink! It was a sake that left a lasting impression!
The sweet smell is a relief😊.
The first mouthful is sweet, then a little spicy later and twice as delicious ‼️
Also try the draft and sparkling sake in the store👍
This tastes expensive!
Polishing ratio 40%, Hyogo rice
Mellow and spicy!
It also has a unique sweetness!
There is a lingering aftertaste like that of a draft sake!
It is delicious!
Today's Fukuju.
Fukuju is famous for being served at the Nobel Prize dinner. However, it is surprisingly quite common and easy to find. I found a cup of sake and had it for the first time in a while.
I think it is a good sake with fullness, while still having the classic sake character.
I was intrigued by the words "brewer's limited edition" and bought it.

It has a slight banana taste.
