I thought the Ten-Taka was the easiest to drink out of the three, but overall I liked it better than the sweet sake comparison ^ ^ ^.

It had a clean but dark sweetness. I would say it was about medium spicy. (I had it after a very sweet sake, so it felt a little spicy.)

He recommended it to me as a very good match for the peach soup. He said that the restaurant has a lot of dry stuff, but they keep it for the soup. I thought it was very sweet and very fruity, not too sweet, but sweet with a lot of weight to it. It was great to experience both the soup and the sake.
