This is the first time I have had Tohoku Izumi.
It is very good.
The sake I had was a light nigori (light cloudy) sake, which was refreshing but had a deep flavor, and I drank it in no time at all.
Tohoku Izumi, the rice is Sake Mirai, this is my first time to buy it!
It tasted more like bitterness when I opened it than I had imagined. Now it's sleeping in the fridge, aiming to change the taste. ♥️
I'll drink it this weekend.

The sweetness spreads in the mouth at first, then the taste of water, and finally the dryness finishes the taste. After the dry taste, it comes slowly. The umami is moderate. 86 points
