Junmai Daiginjo Ruri-no-Umi
Made with Omachi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture.
It is balanced and delicious! The taste is elegant and has a nice lingering aftertaste. It has a solid core of umami.

Yamagata Prefecture Sake Mirai
I saw the sake rice and decided I had to try this one 😆.
The main focus is the umami🌾 of the rice. You can feel the umami sizzling in the mouth and the sweetness of the rice in the aftertaste: ☺️
It lingers and recedes, leaving the sip highly satisfying 🥰.
Tohokuizumi Junmai Daiginjo Ruri-iro no Umi 5940 yen
Wife came home and bought a lot of prepared foods, and started more party: ‼️
I opened a bottle of this one, too, because I thought the orange sea was too sweet! The aroma is a normal good ginjo aroma! The first attack is a strong sweetness from the rice, and it comes in assiduously, but the sweetness and flavor is delicious and lasts for a long time! It made me realize that good things taste good😋, no matter how thick or thin they are🤤.
The third tasting at Yamanaka Sake Shop was a little omachi from Tohoku Izumi by Takahashi Sake Brewery.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
The mouthfeel is smooth and mild.
When you put it in your mouth, sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness arrive together with a hint of spiciness.
It is smooth to the last mouthful, and the lingering bitterness is delicious.
This was my favorite sake in the tasting, but afterwards, I talked with the waiter and purchased another sake that he recommended, so I felt that someday I would like to drink it at home slowly.
