Tohoku Izumi, I haven't had a drink in a long time.
The label was unfamiliar to me, but the price was reasonable for a 45% polished Junmai Daiginjo, so I was intrigued and bought it!
It is a Junmai Daiginjo from the reliable and high quality "Tohokuizumi", and as expected, it was a delicious sake that exceeded my expectations!
It is not flashy, but it seems to go well with a wide range of Japanese food!
You can really feel the goodness of sake!

Next time I will buy a 1.5 liter bottle!

This is my first time at Tohoku Izumi.
...I drank it on Sunday, but I don't remember the details anymore😱.
I had it as a food sake, it was neither sweet nor spicy, no particular peculiarities, and it went down easily ☺.

Chokaisan. Chokai, and the subterranean water gives the sake a clean and refreshing taste.
It was so hot that I heated it in a microwave oven at 600W for 1 minute. The most enjoyable time is in the muddler or in the kamakama (^^). The aroma is not too strong, but the taste is delicious. We will be having yakitori and bonito tataki from now on. I'm sure the sake will be even better when drunk during a meal. Thank you very much for the delicious sake. m(_ _)m

The ginjo aroma is not that strong. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but has a slight alcohol taste.
